Meine Erfahrungen mit der Firma sind…

Meine Erfahrungen mit der Firma sind wirklich schlecht …., da die angegebenen Maßen des Koffers nicht passten, habe ihn ihn zurückgeschickt.

Die sich bei mir erst gemeldet hatten, nachdem ich einen PayPal eröffnet hatte….Ab da bestand kurzzeitig Mailkontakt für den Rückversand.

Nachdem ich den Koffer zurückgesendet hatte, wider Funkstille. Meine Mails werden ignoriert, und nicht beantwortet. Ich warte schon ca. 2 Monate auf mein Geld.

Der nächste Schritt wird dann der Anwalt.

Maße stimmen nicht mit der Beschreibung überein

Ich habe einen Koffer bestellt, der laut Produktbeschreibung die Maße 55 × 35 × 20 cm haben sollte. Nach Erhalt habe ich den Koffer jedoch selbst nachgemessen und festgestellt, dass die tatsächlichen Maße 55 × 35 × 23 cm betragen. Damit entspricht das Produkt nicht den angegebenen Maßen und ist für meinen vorgesehenen Zweck bei Ryanair nicht geeignet.

Besonders enttäuschend ist der Kundenservice: Ich versuche seit dem 31.08.2026, das Unternehmen per E-Mail zu erreichen, habe bisher jedoch keine Antwort erhalten. Auch telefonisch konnte ich niemanden erreichen.

Ich möchte den Koffer zurücksenden, bekomme aber bisher keine Rückmeldung und keine Informationen zur Rücksendung.

Für mich ist das leider keine positive Kauferfahrung. Ich hoffe, dass das Unternehmen auf meine Rücksendeanfrage reagiert.
