Good quality , stylish product at decent price compared to others. Good choice of colours. Works well up to a point say 27/28 degrees but the 30 degree+ temps of late are too much for one fan - had to buy two more.

Terrible service. I paid extra for fast delivery, which never arrived. Waited 30 minutes on the phone to customer services just to be forwarded to their answer machine.

How disappointed I recently was and looking forward to a cooled room with this recent heatwave we are experiencing (temperature in my bedroom reached 34 degrees yesterday) - I had tested the heater a couple of weeks ago during a really cold snap and was quite satisfied how the room quickly heated - Now, however, I have the opportunity to rapidly cool the room but after leaving the cooler on at Max 10 in my bedroom return a few hours later to a room, not only not cool, but even warm! My son even pointed out that the standard pedestal fan in my lounge fared better, so naturally I am very disappointed and have reached out for advice and regrettably a refund!

This cooling/heating fan is exactly what I needed. Delivery was spot on, friendly lad too……& very pleased with its performance.
Very quick assembly, nice & quiet when in operation, & all of the controls are very simple and user-friendly.

Have given one star as none is not an option! The fan sounds like you are in an aircraft and defiantly does not pump cold air it always feels slightly warm. The heater is good so perhaps this is more of a heater than a fan.

Absolutely love my vortexair fans I’ve bought 4 of them, fast delivery and kept up to date every step of the way. Also it’s nice to deal with a small company who appreciate and acknowledge when you are a repeat customer, it’s a nice personal touch

Excellent product and so much cheaper than Dyson. I have both but prefer the Vortex. I have two of the older ones and finding the new one this year quieter. Highly recommend.

Managed to order 2 fans, one black and one white, just in time before the heatwave. Have been absolutely brilliant at keeping the house cooler and also having a remote control to adjust the temperature if needed is really great.

The Vortex Air was recommended to me by my daughter who has one in her tattoo studio (Lilium's Imaginarium, Bridgnorth)and it is a very effective piece of kit! My son has also bought one.
As it is currently very hot here in the UK, the Vortex Air has and is proving to be a worthwhile purchase.l

Probably one of the worst fans (and companies) I have used! We brought 2 fans last summer and have tried returning them ever since as they do not work at cooling at all! They will not let me return them or just ignore me!
