The company Vortex Haus was absolutely wonderful to deal with+

Vortex Hause provided an exceptional experience. Despite encountering shipping challenges, which were not attributable to them, their proactive communication regarding updates was exemplary. I had ordered two blowers as Christmas gifts, and while shipping during the holiday season can often be problematic, the items arrived precisely when needed. I wholeheartedly endorse this company.

Ordered 2 units almost 2 months ago. Confiscated by postal service like many others. Agreed to send me 3 for the same price. I have received NOTHING. These were ordered for Christmas gifts. Biggest scam on the internet! Hopefully I can get my money back from the credit card company.

High quality product great customer service

Vortex Haus has truly gone above and beyond to complete my order, had a small issue in the beginning and they were diligent on making sure my item arived on time. (before christmas) There customer service is one of the best I have ever worked with, Marielle is a true example of how customer service is done right.
The Turbo Jet Double-Blow v12 blower is awesome works better then expected, I purchased it to blow off cars when needed, but with the air power this unit throws it works great cleaning the yard also. I am extremely satisfied with the over all experance with Vortex Haus and would highly recomend this product.

Outstanding customer service

There was a hiccup with the shipping of the blower I ordered. The communication from Diane regarding the misstep was outstanding, and my blower arrived just a few days behind schedule in great condition. Diane turned a negative into a positive, and I have no qualms about buying from them again, or even recommending them to another potential buyer.

Great product

Great product, easy and fun to use, powerful and compact. Both my wife and I love using it. Customer service was quick to reply and very responsive. I have recommended this item to my neighbors. I use it for blowing out rain gutters, sidewalks, car washing,
Light snow blowing, shop cleaning, patio cleaning, etc. Built well, not flimsy, and powerful. Love this blower.

I spoke to Diane with customer support over a small issue on the delivery of my new vortex blower. Diane’s quick response, professionalism, left a very positive feeling with me. It’s the first time I’ve had to deal with vortex and I’m rest assured that if anything crops up in the future, I can count on them sticking behind their product, which is number one in my books.

I ordered this on December 1

I ordered this on December 2, 2025. As of today it still has not come and now I am being told that I need to go somewhere to pick this up. Really Vortex Haus. The phone number provided by customer service is not a valid phone number to call.

Update: Company is reimbursing me for what I paid and when I meet to go to pick up location they are not charging me for the product. Once I get product in hand, as well as reimbursement, I will update again

Company returned money that I had paid and in addition gave me the product for free!! They definitely listened!

I would give it 6 stars if I could

Haven't received the product yet, but Diane in Customer Service kept me informed the whole time.
Editing my review...Bought the product for my Husband. I have stolen it and use the heck out of it. Drying my vehicle off, getting snow and debris out of the garage, etc. This thing is a beast! I guess I will let him use it occasionally...maybe!

Doesn't work with Milwaukee battery as advertised

We received the turbo jet double-blow V2 today but it does not work with the Milwaukee 18V battery. The advertising says it works with Dewalt, Mikita, and Milwaukee. I have just contacted support so do not have an answer yet. We would like to give this as a gift on Sunday so hoping for a quick response.

The Turbo Jet works with one battery ecosystem at a time: DeWalt, Makita, or Milwaukee. On product pages, customers select their battery platform so the correct unit is sent.

From what I can see, your order was placed for the DeWalt version, which would explain why a Milwaukee battery isn’t fitting. That said, we clearly need to make this distinction more obvious, and I appreciate you calling it out. We’ll tighten that messaging.

Here’s what we can do right now, especially since this is a gift:

• Send you a Milwaukee-compatible unit immediately
• Include a Milwaukee battery and charger replacement if needed, at no cost

Amazing customer service

I had a problem with the unit I bought - it overheated on its first use. When I reported the problem to the company, they immediately took responsibility, issued me a full refund, and actually sent me a replacement as well!

They turned a problem into an amazing customer experience!

First and most important: what you described is alarming, and I’m genuinely sorry you experienced this. A situation involving smoke or overheating is unacceptable. Your safety always comes first.

Let me be very clear. This should not have happened.

Our blowers are designed with thermal protection that automatically shuts the unit down if abnormal heat is detected. In extremely rare cases, a defective internal component can still fail, and when it does, we take it seriously. Our defect rate is extremely low, but even one case like this matters.

Here is what I’ve personally approved, effective immediately:

• A full refund, no questions asked
• A free replacement full bundle (unit, battery, and charger) at our cost
• Priority shipping so you receive it as fast as possible
• Our engineering and QC team will inspect and analyze your returned unit to understand exactly what failed and prevent it from ever happening again

Slow delivery and tracking not updated.

No delivery, not delivered within the promised time frame and the tracking is now dead.

Delivery is so slow despite the claim of

"What we’re doing to speed things up

• Upgrading new shipments to USPS Priority Mail at no extra cost
• Prioritizing delayed orders
• Increasing warehouse capacity
• Adding additional quality and packaging shifts"

It seems this isn't the case, tracking is now dead, lots of misleading claims on their site about how great they are. Just another Chinese drop shop with lots of false claims

I ordered the Turbo Jet DB 2.0

I ordered the Turbo Jet DB 2.0 on November 25, 2025 and as of today (December 12, 2025) it still has not arrived. After weeks of round and round with Vortexhaus and messages from customer service that "your order is fine it is coming," and "be patient, USPS is swamped this time of year." I get this response today from USPS which is a bit chilling.
"The package associated with this tracking number was found to bear counterfeit postage and is now considered Postal Service property under USPS regulations and will not be delivered. You are encouraged to contact the sender"
I mean - really?? That is a first for me. Paid money, waited patiently, product confiscated by USPS for counterfeit postage. Thanks Vortex Haus!
