Had a issues with a pc I brought so needed to find another one but then I came across protech pcs and I had a look at a few pcs and found one I liked so I contacted them and they talked me through everything about the pc from specs to settings the lot I couldn’t fault it so I had to get it and even after the deal was done and I was home I still received messages asking how I’m getting on and finding it. so 100% recommend them for all your pc needs! I will definitely use again without a doubt! Great people great customers service.

I'd been looking for a gaming PC for a while. I found it quite difficult as there were so many to choose from and all slightly different in their own way. I came across ProTect PC'S quite by chance. I was quite surprised after reading through their reviews at the level of customer service ProTect gave before, during and certainly after a purchase. It's a rare commodity theses days to find such a caring and dedicated company. I would not hesitate in recommending ProTect and Hersh who was in contact throughout.

absolutely outstanding build and customer service, i picked it up and from the minute i got there they couldnt be more helpful, set it up, showed me everything, helped me to the car with it, i have had messages asking how i am gettin on and if i need any help with anything

Excellent service, kept in the loop every step of the way. Product built and delivered extremely quickly (took about 3 working days total) this also includes an extra request I made which would have added time to the build. Would recommend ProTech PCs to anyone needing a gaming pc but don't have the time to build it themselves. Will be coming back when it's time to upgrade. Thanks!

After seeing these guys products on Facebook for quite some time I finally decided to commit to buying my first gaming pc!

ProTechPCs we’re so easy, friendly and supportive from start to finish! They catered to any questions I had and were more then happy to provide any possible upgrade that I requested!

I asked for a 4070ti upgrade from the standard 4070 and it was delivered and built the next day! Super fast service!

The pc is running ultra smooth, ultra fast, and ultra cool! A lot cooler then my Xbox series x!

I would highly recommend anyone to please use these guys! They have been amazing!

I have used ProTech PCs several times now and they do not disappoint! The attention to detail and passion clearly shows from the exceptionally clean build and cable tidy management. My PC looks and runs amazingly, they did have a lot of fun putting it together too 10/10.

I had been keeping my eye out for a mid/high gaming pc for my dad's birthday for a while now, like most people I was after the best machine possible for my money, the prices Protech pc's charge for the specs is seriously hard to beat.. Just look! It took me a while to save up and Il be honest I was worried about spending that sort of money to a company I hadn't heard much of before but wow was I glad I found their site, after checking their socials, trust pilot ect I went ahead and bought it, shortly after checking out Protech contacted me just to go over everything to make sure I happy with all specs, delivery ect, I received the pc the next day and it was packed very well and everything protected, everything inside the pc looked stunning and cable management was perfect, they set everything up for me, windows, latest drivers, bios settings ect and it was ready to go out the box, they were also kind enough to answer all my questions before and after the sale, it was a nice to deal with a company that care about their customers so thank you! currently saving up to get myself one soon! :)

I've recently bought a machine from them and during the build process they kept me up to date through out the whole process! I explained what I needed the pc for and they recommended me the best parts to achieve just that and I must say the machine is running flawlessly 👌🏼 will definitely be purchasing another pc from them in the future!

Found ProTech PC online after searching for a new computer to game on. There was a wide range to choose from and I found one that was on my budget and the specs of the computer was really good value for money. I was able to see the computer working fully before the sale and any questions I had was asked. There was no pressure and overall a great experience received

After many years on console I decided to finally do the switch and I’m never looking back!

I bought a mid range PC and all I can say is wow. For the price the build is amazing, allowing me to play AAA titles and at a decent fps.

I couldn’t recommend enough. A very friendly transaction when collecting the pc and made it very easy going and stress free.

I will defo be back when it’s upgrade time! 😁🤣

The experience from start to finish was exceptional from harsh I took my pc in after having numerous issue within 2 days I had it all back and running like new. Harsh definitely knows his stuff and was very forthcoming with options and prices straight away no hidden cost.

I had a flawless experience buying through ProTech PCs. Harsh was incredibly helpful in explaining the variety of components in the rig I was looking at. In terms of delivery the whole process was completely transparent - with a ram stick coming loose in transit they swung back around and personally resolved the issue. Couldn't recommend more highly and glad to be supporting a smaller company.

Contacted Protech Pc through Facebook for a Pc for my son, by then end of the day it had been delivered with extras added in , my son is over the moon. I recently wanted to get back into pc gaming after playing on a console for a few years. I was recommended by a friend to use this protechpcs as he was reliable and had reasonable prices. I was hesitant at first because I didn't know much about pc's and I didn't want to spend too much, however Honey at Protechpc’s helped me through it and gave me a few options from cheapest to more expensive after asking me a few question on how I was going to use it and what i wanted from it. We found a pc I was happy with. I even told him how I was yet to get have a keyboard and mouse as a joke, and he was extremely kind and offered to send me out a keyboard and mouse, and even helped me set it up. Great customer service and would recommend to anyone.
