Delayed Payments and Disputed Hours Post-Delivery

I worked on an hourly engagement where work was completed and results were delivered on the primary platform. After access was removed, multiple invoices became overdue.

The discussion then shifted from resolving payment to retrospectively disputing tracked hours, despite objective platform activity showing work performed. Some hours were undisputed yet remained unpaid for an extended period.

This experience reflects poor payment handling and highlights the need for clear, timely resolution practices when working with contractors.
