If you have the opportunity to buy this products, DON´T! This company is a mess, they messed up my order, and never answer, I spend a lot of money and it´s ALWAYS like this. I have been with the product for two or three years and buy again, it´s always painful. Go away and be happy with other company/product that can do exactly the same, just like I just did.

I LOVE THIS FILTER!! HAD ONE FOR ABOUT 5YRS, IT STARTED TO NOT WORK. I WENT ON LINE FOUND YOUR COMPANY AND DECIDED TO ORDER ANOTHER. VERY GOOD PRODUCT FOR FILTERING!! I DID NOT LIKE THE LONG WAIT FOR THE PRODUCT, IF THERE WAS A FASTER WAYTO RECEIVE IT, THEN MY REVIEW WOULD BE PERFECT IN ALL AREAS!!!! IT WAS ABOUT 3 FULL WEEKS BEFORE I RECEIVED THE PRODUCT!!!

I’m starting to wonder if this company is legitimate. I placed an order nearly a month ago and still haven’t received the filter I paid for. The tracking number you provided—also repeated by your customer service team—does not show up as valid on China Post, even though you indicated China Post is handling the shipment.

The vortopt does need some extra plumbing joints to fit it properly and leak free. Works as a water filter should. The connections is a 3/8 male from the unit, but a 3/8 female to 15mm, most common in uk

Not getting any response on returning an incorrect purchase.

Installed as per this guide and follow up with vortopt_serviceat163.com But this system is not operable and no replacement offered till todate. The filters exploded twice and I have sent proof with video and pictures and I have received no response.
This is unacceptable.

Customer service is very bad , the machine is working 1 year then stop .I will not buy anymore from this company.

I have recently purchased and fitted a Vortopt under sink water filter and am extremely pleased with the whole deal!
It was half the cost of any comparable product, an absolute breeze to install and our tap water has never tasted so good!

Sent the wrong item, I contacted the customer service , but no any feedback .after one week.

Wrong item. Does not match the item that shows on the photo.

Both PC & C2 filters made in China fit the Vortop WR-600 reverse osmosis filtration system and work well.

The items didn't deliver and the customer services didn't answer

The product is generally good. One issue is that the water stream became very small after less than a year (very common small family kitchen setting), which is not as claimed two years. Also, they don’t provide the replacement of filter, so I have to purchase a new set.

Great product. No chlorine taste or smell !! Easy change cartridges. I use it often. Especially for cooking !
