While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

VORTX not allowing subscribers to cancel!

I have an ASP.net website created and managed by VORTX. I also pay for their hosting, security, and to change and update the website, very expensive.

Two years ago VORTX broke my websites ability to automatically receive daily Authorize.net subscriber orders to the cart. Since then, I have been manually entering them so customer's can track their orders and receive shipping confirmation (still not fixed).

One year ago VORTX broke the "manage my subscription" link on the website so customers cannot cancel subscriptions and have to ask us to do it manually (still not fixed).

Seven months ago VORTX broke the cart so PayPal subscriber orders do not automatically load to the cart. I am now shipping them manually, but the customer cannot see or track the order under their account (still not fixed).

One month ago VORTX required us to update to AcceptJS which is fine, but now I cannot enter Authorize.net orders into the cart at all, not even manually. I also can no longer cancel customer subscriptions manually in the cart (no fix, no communication, dead air).

Too bad, they used to be reputable.
