I am not an easy person to convince and yet Fathia Youcef managed to change my mind when it comes to anything to do with technology. Around the table sharing delicious food prepared by Fethia, I could see how great to have that beautiful little magical thermomix. I didn’t hesitate a sec to order one. I am so pleased with it.

It's not a cheap machine but with the interest free credit deal, the lack of need to purchase other kitchen devices and the savings you can make on food, it hasn't cost me any additional money than what I would have spent eating rubbish food. I spent some time playing with my daughters thermomix. I tried not to love it, but failed miserably!
I was introduced to Bianca & she was not pushy, but there to answer questions was and still is really knowledgeable on the whole brand. In the end it was not a hard decision to make, but helped by being supported in the decision without a big sales push.
