We are very pleased with everything so far. It took the window cleaner longer than stated in the manual for the cleaning towel to get fully damp, but when it did it cleaned our windows very well.

Do not trust Vorwerk – They break promises and "brick" expensive hardware
I am writing this to warn anyone considering a purchase from the Vorwerk Group. This company has proven that their word means nothing. After acquiring Neato Robotics, Vorwerk explicitly promised the public and loyal customers that they would maintain cloud services and app support until at least 2028.
They lied. In late 2025, Vorwerk prematurely shut down the Neato servers, three years ahead of schedule. My expensive Neato robot, which is still in perfect mechanical condition, has been stripped of its "smarts." I can no longer use the app, set schedules, use "no-go" zones, or see cleaning maps. It is now a glorified manual floor sweeper.
This sets a terrifying precedent for all their other brands. If Vorwerk is willing to pull the plug on Neato users to save on server costs, they will eventually do the same to Thermomix or Kobold owners. Once they want you to upgrade to a newer model, they can simply disable the software on your current one.
Before you buy, know that Vorwerk Group owns and operates:

This company does not respect the privacy of the transaction. Even before we received the goods we bought, we were contacted by third-party sellers to purchase consumables for the equipment. How the hell did they know of our contract????
I did write to your guarantee of privacy, they responded as you did now, so if we are willing to exclude vegances or pure coincidence, they could not explain the fact. The representative who sold us the entire package denied being involved, but we have never seen him again since. I am convinced that "someone" in your firm leaked our information. The calling phone number was deleted immediately and blocked from our system as soon as we received the call.

Misleading information and poor customer service
I recently purchased a Bimby and, while I have no particular complaints about the product itself, the sales and customer service experience have been extremely disappointing.
The purchasing process is unnecessarily complicated and bureaucratic, as it requires going through a representative and gives no clear indication of delivery times. However, my main issue is with the financing option that was presented to me. I was explicitly assured that I could pay in interest-free instalments. What was not clearly explained is that this option is actually subject to an automatic approval process by PayPal’s algorithm and is therefore not guaranteed at all.
Despite having an impeccable credit history and solid financial standing, my request for instalments was rejected by PayPal. When I contacted customer service to understand what could be done, I received no real support. The responsibility was simply pushed onto the partner (PayPal), as if the choice of partner and the way the financing is presented to customers were not the company’s responsibility.
On top of that, I had to wait around 20 minutes to get an answer, and I was bounced between the representative, a secretary and a call center. No one took real ownership of my case or tried to look at it carefully and propose a concrete solution. From my point of view, customer orientation is practically non-existent.
Overall, I feel that the information I was given at the time of purchase was partial and misleading. I ended up feeling deceived and poorly treated as a customer. Perhaps the company relies on the perceived excellence of the product to accept a very low standard of customer service – but for me, this experience has seriously damaged my trust in the brand.

Shutting down Neato Cloud API
I’m extremely disappointed with Vorwerk and Neato. They are shutting down the Neato Cloud API, which means my Neato robot vacuum - only a few years old - will soon become completely useless.
This is absolutely unacceptable. A smart home product should not depend entirely on a cloud service that the company can just switch off. Even worse, Neato robots are still being sold, even though the cloud shutdown has already been announced. That means new buyers are purchasing a product that will stop working shortly after they buy it (or even before they buy it).
I expected much better from a company like Vorwerk. This decision shows a complete lack of respect for customers and sustainability.
Avoid Neato and Vorwerk products - they do not stand behind their devices.

The application of the Folletto was insufficient
Only after buying the product did we learn that the Folletto app would not work on our iPhone 11. To date Folletto has not made sny attempt to correct this deficiency.

Broken down after not much use
For the money you pay, it is very expensive, you would not expect this machine to break down ever. After 4 years of use now the lid won’t close. So the machine is completely useless. £250 for a repair that they can’t guarantee will work. Not impressed. Not as reliable as a Kitchen Aid have had that longer and it hasn’t broken down once. So disappointed don’t buy not worth the money.

Most recipes are bad quality. Once you subscribe, you are kidnapped by the increasing subscription cost!
Customer service is bad too. Agents send copy-pasted messages and offers no real help.
I regret buying thermomix & using Vorwerk.
Save your money and use Hello Fresh. Dont buy the over-priced machine that most likely end up collecting dust.
