The customer service is amazing. I ordered my rings and they were a little too big because I had lost weight. I contacted the company and they were amazing sending me new rings in the correct sizes and a band that would go with my solitaire. Very easy to deal with and an amazing value. I love my rings, and will order again.!!! Thank you for such wonderful customer service!!!

I received my Eterna Moissanite Round Cut Solitaire Ring but I had ordered size 4 instead of size 6. The person helping me was very kind. She offered to send me a size 6 ring and I did not have to return the size 4!! I couldn't believe it. I did get the size 6 ring a few days ago and it fits perfectly! It's so beautiful I can't take my eyes off of it. Thank you so much for your generosity and kindness. I did order the Cinque 5 stone ring as an anniversary ring and I know I will enjoy wearing it!!

I ordered the one carat solitaire set in a silver band. The stone is really sparkly and beautiful. I took it to my jeweler, along with moissanite studs I ordered from a different company (also beautiful). The earrings tested as moissanite, as expected, but the jeweler and I were both shocked when the Vosali moissanite tested as a diamond! You can tell it is moissanite because it catches light a little differently and sparkles more. I’m more than happy with my purchase!

I was disappointed. I have ordered moisenite through Amazon with great fire and brilliance. This place not so much. The stone does not sparkle. It has no fire like my other moisenite ring. It took a long time to get it too. It looks like a cheap fake. I dont think its actual MOISENITE. The band is not marked silver either. Don't order from this place. Go on Amazon and go to Crivitcat MOISENITE and you will get rings with sparkle that will blind you. Not happy!

I bought several rings from Vosali- each one is stunning piece and beautifully set. The workmanship on the metal is very good and the quality of the stone is excellent

What will make me buy from Vosali again is not just because of the above , the customer service is excellent and very responsive in dealing with queries . She does give a touch of personal service when dealing with her albeit via email . Looking forward to their new collection

The product is a scam. The metal is not silver. The GRA card (gem certificate) is a fake and the gem is obviouly something super cheap and not a moissanite.
I usually do not get scammed so this hurt!! :)

My item was lost in post due to being delivered to wrong address. Notified customer service and response time was fast and affective. Unfortunately item has been lost but they are re processing my order for me

I have made several purchases from Vosalli, and I have been very impressed with the service they have provided. The rings are beautiful and are of a very high quality. I have been complemented on each ring I wear. They arrived in the time stated and the presentation boxes are lovely. Divine who deals with the customer service side of things is excellent and deals with any queries very quickly. I will not hesitate to buy from them again.

I ordered an absolutely stunning ring from Vosali. I was shocked at how beautiful it actually was when it arrived. I wore it for almost a year and unfortunately I had a couple of stones fall out. I figured I’d try to contact them to see what could be done. The customer service agent I spoke with was super helpful and asked me to send a picture of the ring. She then said that they’d replace the ring right away. I don’t know what I was expecting but this news was great to hear. I received my new ring in less than 2 weeks and it arrived with a gift of a pair of stud earrings. Vosali went above and beyond to make it right. I couldn’t be more pleased with my ring and their customer service.

I was hesitant because of the bad reviews. However, after receiving the ring, I can not understand the reason for the bad reviews. The 2 carat ring is stunning. I had the ring tested with a Diamond tester and it is genuine. It immediately tested like Diamond. Yes, I would buy from them again without hesitation.

I was very upset with the arrival of a ring size 4, not the 9.5 that I had ordered to surprise my wife. I wrote and email and it was answered right away, I was impressed with the level of service provided to assure that it would be corrected right away. The way that Divine had handled this entire situation, was nothing short of perfection. I applaud Divine and this company and will recommend them to my friends. Respectfully James Mount

Its all about the people!! Ive been dealing with Divine having bought a ring for my wife that turned out to be too small - Divine helped me track the package and when it wasn't the right size has been assisting me getting it changed - she has been amazing and has gone above and beyond what I would have expected. If only all online companies dealt with customers as well as she does the world would be a much better place. Oh and the ring also exceeded my expectations - amazing sparkle and quality setting. Thank you!!

To be perfectly honest I was upset because the delivery was a little botched. But in the end when I finally got my ring I was truly thrilled. It was everything I expected. It is beautiful and fits perfect. I would buy from this company again and keeping my eye out for a blue topaz.
