The smaller frames used to have real plexiglass, now it’s a highly reflective, flimsy sheet.

Hi William,
Thank you for your valuable feedback. Our frames do indeed use real plexiglass which is necessary for safe shipping without breaking. Please contact customer support at Vossington.com and we will do our best to help you out and make you fully satisfied with your purchase or otherwise you may return the frame for a full refund.

I was pleased to be offered an alternative to reshipping my items for return - it’s nice to see companies making efforts to make a curb extra shipping and limit footprint. Very cool. I will recommend you bc of this.

Super cheap quality
Super cheap quality. You could get this for $10 on facebook marketplace. The glass is flimsy so reflections warp.

Hi Mike,
I noticed that you did not click on a link in the emails we send out asking everyone for reviews, are you sure you have bought a frame from Vossington? Our products are among the highest quality on the market, which is confirmed in the other reviews.

Good frame
Exactly as described. Well made thin frame, takes up less wall space. Fast delivery.

excellent service
I had initially received a frame that was damaged. Without my asking for a replacement, the company nonetheless immediately sent me a new, perfect frame, utterly hassle-free. Excellent customer service. Clearly a commitment to quality and service.

The mounting bracket is not deep enough for the depth of the frame. The nail on the wall cannot reach the mounting bracket. Terrible design. Frame is nice.

Hi Susan,
Sorry to hear about the trouble mounting the frame. We would advise using a longer nail. Please get in touch with support at Vossington.com and we will help you out and make sure you are fully satisfied with your purchase.

Great-looking Frame
Most interesting frame I've seen yet; veneer over metal--but really well-executed. I like the thin profile a LOT and will likely order again when the need arises. I definitely like the pricing.
