This is just a phishing scam site! STAY AWAY!!!
You pay and GET NOTHING! Server stay pending forever and they just keep asking for money and SENSITIVE DATA! THEY WORK AGAINST ANY LAW AND AIM TO STOLE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR IDENTITY! In fact they ask for a phone verification (not needed for a KYC of a vps server, not even namecheap ask for that!) And after that, they even ask for you ID CARD AND UTILITY BILL!!!
Please BE AWARE! a part for bank services that have the right certificates and adeguate security to manage that sensitive data, all other people can just STOLE YOUR IDENTITY with these documents and open for example bank account at your name and other thing to do illegal activity! maybe even terrorism!!! KEEP YOUR DATA SAFE EVER! IS YOUR RIGHT!
