First order with Vanquish and I can say…
First order with Vanquish and I can say the quality of clothing is really good just like gymshark but less common and cooler.
Customer service is amazing had a slight problem with one item but was fixed very quickly and very happy with how it was dealt. Defo will be ordering more from here soon.

Great quality and great service
Without wanting to sound like a bot! Can’t argue with the quality of the t-shirts. Fit and feel great. Recently had an order which was accepted but then one item was out of stock. Emailed to let me know,offered a full refund on item with a £10 good will voucher which I thought was decent of them.

Sent wrong size
Sent wrong size , no way of checking what you have ordered after or during payment, then told its to late to change after checking confirmation. This has happened twice before

In regards to editing your order, we allow customers 30 minutes to make changes to your order once this has been placed - directly through your email confirmation, or through your Vanquish account! :)

Missing parcel
The vanquish team (in particular Charlotte) were very quick to respond and address a lost parcel issue.
After dealing with royal mail Charlotte confirmed that my parcel had been lost by royal mail and immediately offered me a full refund with an additional £10 as a good will gesture, which could not have been appreciated more.
Massive thank you to vanquish and Charlotte with their assistance on this issue. The company clearly value their customers!
