Was overall great experience. But I missed the email that the 2 part payment i had to make thought it would be automatic. Poor owner emailed me after the trip advising he never got paid. My 2nd part.

Booking was good and straight forward. Only issue was the power outage. This I know is under no one’s control. House was beautiful and clean. Would definitely book again!

Everything was great except they could not find our reservation. It took then several hours before they got back to us saying that they had found the deposit that we paid .

I needed assistance changing our arrival date and VRBO staff were very helpful and assisted with this process. It was a wonderful getaway.

I I dislike the fact that it was not apparent that I was booking in US dollars. I was a resident of Ontario Canada booking a location in Ontario, Canada, and after I booked it and paid for it, I then realized that the quoted price was in US dollars. Therefore, I ended up paying more than I was originally led to believe

Clean, fully stocked, beautiful setting, quiet. Comfy beds…quick access to town yet private and peaceful.

The booking process was easy. Communication was timely. Facilities were a bit worn, but comfortable and suited our group well. Location was good, especially is you are a ski enthusiast.

The host accepted and immediately messaged asking me to cancel because they couldn’t accommodate. Eventually the host canceled on their own (which is good, since I wouldn’t have received refund and that seems extremely unprofessional.)

I then saw that the refund would take up to 15 days to process, leaving me without money or a place to stay. Calling customer support left me with no real options and needing to pay more money out of pocket to find a place on short notice. Horrible experience, won’t book with this host and am unlikely to utilize VRBO again in the future.

The home is modern, clean, spacious with a lot of amenities and located in a quiet neighborhood. Lots of options for dining within the area. Area where home is located is very clean, and there is a lot of new construction of homes. The booking process was simple and the host replied in a timely fashion to our needs. However, there are some things that the home lacks that would have definitely provided a more enjoyable experience. For one, the home lacks personalization. As beautiful as it is, there were copied pictures on the wall that could have been framed to add more character; skimpy bath mats; soap dispensers that still had the name of the store- IKEA- left on them; the mattress in the primary bedroom was as hard as a rock and the pillows were flat. We went out and purchased a mattress topper and new pillows ( which we left there) just to provide us with a more comfortable night's rest. Additionally, Although the host said there were enough towels to accomodate 10 guest, we had 5 people, there actually wasn't. There were 2 large bath towels for each person, no face cloths or hand towels. We also purchased face cloths which we left there also. Furthermore, the way things are stored and labeled in the kitchen is not only confusing (there's the main kitchen and then a butler's pantry that serves as another mini prep area with a stove and sink area) but there are minimal pots, pans, dishes, spices, etc. Overall, our stay was a good one, just hope that in providing this constructive review that some of these areas of concern will be addressed for the next guests.

Opened the key credit card and was approved then could not book using the card. What was the point

Very misleading pricing. The initial price looked attractive and was what drew me to book, but additional fees—including a length-based service fee and $50 cleaning fee—made the final price significantly higher than what initially appeared.

Compared with Airbnb, I find the pricing much more transparent and the overall experience better, including 24/7 customer support without feeling like you’re being charged extra for it. I found VRBO’s pricing and fee structure lacking transparency and would never book again.

Very nice, very tidy, was exactly what we were looking for for a weekend away. Wasn’t too far away from anything or anywhere we needed to go

I could not not get the site to accept my card and I had checked with bank and nothing was wrong with card or bank. I contacted vrbo by phone and they couldn't figure it out. Ive not had a problem with vrbo before.

It was good except I kept getting emails from Vrbo and then from the host Paula and the numbers were not the same so a bit confusing but we got it worked out!

We got there, the light in the stairwell and kitchen did not work. we had to walk on dark stairs to go up to turn the light on.
this place is property equipped with proper kitchen appliance, no coffees maker. old furniture with not proper bedding.
I will not recommend anyone to rent there.

Amazing condo in the best location. We saw bears from the livingroom window daily. We walked everywhere and never used our rental car except to go to and from the airport
