Bought. Vremi 35 pint dehumidifier in Oct 2022. It worked fine until few weeks ago. It started leaking even though bucket was not full and nothing was loose. Could not find why it was leaking so tried to contact Vremi customer service. No luck with phone call, on line chat, email, or any other type of communication. I will never buy a product from this company. They don’t care about customers after you buy their product. Awful service!!!

Company doesn’t stand behind their products, Purchased a Vremi 50 pint dehumidifier last May. Ran it all summer and early fall. Unplugged it for the winter and this May turned it back on and the compressor does not come on. Is not pulling humidity from the air. Contacted Vremi and explained. Was told their hands were tied and they won’t do anything. Best they could do was 20% off a new unit. Big deal. Why would I purchase another one when this one lasted barely a damn year? Very disappointed. Do yourself a favor and don’t anything from Vremi. They do not care.

Purchased a vremi dehumidifier from a well known department store. The dehumidifier mechanically failed after 5 months. vremi customer service (made extremely difficult to contact) refused to honor the 1 year warranty. The excuse was that I purchased it from a store instead of directly from vremi online. I asked for clarification, because it didn't make sense that stores can sell their products, yet the customer gets no warranty??? vremi has refused to answer any questions OR EVEN RESPOND AT ALL in any way following their email stating that they would not honor their so-called warranty. I've emailed several requests for help and further explanation, however, based on the evidence, vremi has no intention of providing any assistance, or, information regarding this matter. They pretend to have a customer service phone number, but after 5 days of listening to a recording, stating that there are no agents available and to call back later, I decided email was my only hope of getting through. vremi supposedly has a "chat" option as one of the contact methods (found in user manual), but the link is a dead-end, providing no possibility of chat. I've dealt with a few shady companies over the years, but I've never run into anything quite as scummy as this. They try to come off as interested and friendly when you look at one of their owner's manuals, or browse their website. In fact, they outright encourage you to give them a call, or "drop us a line." How hypocritical does vremi have to be to slobber all over themselves inviting customers to contact them, when they intentionally make contacting them virtually impossible? As far as I can tell, vremi is where professionalism and friendliness went to die. At this point, I'm less concerned about the malfunctioning dehumidifier I bought from them than I am vremi's slippery avoidance behavior. I would have been fine with a simple back and forth conversation. Instead, vremi chose to dissappear like a fart in the wind. SCAMMY BEHAVIOR.
I will update, or even remove this review, pending vremi's willingness to honor their warranty, or come out of hiding to have a two-way discussion.

I bought a portable A/C unit of theirs from Amazon. It was a great price so I gave it a shot. The unit worked fantastic for about 6 months until it started leaking water on the floor.

I reached out to Vremi customer support and honestly figured I wouldn't even hear anything back from them (Like most companies these days).

To my surprise they responded very quickly and after a quick diagnosis they deemed I had a faulty unit and offered me a replacement. FREE OF CHARGE - NO Shipping costs, etc.

There was no arguing, mean emails, etc... They just stood behind their product which is amazing to me.

I understand all products are susceptible to problems, it is how the company handles them when they arise.

Vremi made it right without any hassle and I will be a customer for life for that. Thank you!

It never worked.
We bought it right when pandemic started so we tried using it once, didn't really work, and the machine was forgotten in the laundry room.
We tried calling customer service a couple of times and they went to some trouble shooting that we had already tried reading the manual.
The machine turned on, started making a noise and stopped.
During the last call, customer service told us to get order number and call for a replacement.

Since warranty period had passed - remember the pandemic? No parties, stuck at home watching TV? - they said there was nothing they could do but offer a 20% discount on a new machine.

WHY WOULD I BUY A NEW PRODUCT AFTER BUYING ONE THAT DOESN'T WORK???
Am I missing something or is this for real?
The nerve of some customer service people... Or maybe sense of humor. It's unbelievable.
