No hidden fees at the pickup. Their price includes insurance and liability, which is hard to find. Amazing customer service experience before and during the trip. They track your flight to make sure to be there at the right time. My phone had died during the flight, so we were late for the pickup, but the rep Alex patiently waited for us where other companies probably would've cancelled or charged us. Flexible for the payment and the dropoff/ pickup locations. Do yourself a favor and rent your car with Vroom.do, I will make sure to do business with them again if I ever come back to the Dominican Republic.

Very Professional! Helped us to rent a car for our vacation. We were pleased with the Kia we rented. Prices were fair and they did drop off and pick up the car from our resort which saved us a cab ride and extra time/ money. Communication was great and they returned my messages quickly. More than expected.
We needed a rental last minute and they more then accommodated our needs and expectations. Treated us amazing from beginning to end of rental. If I knew how easy it was would have rented the car for more day but now I know who to go to on my next vacation. They brought the car to resort and picked it up there also.

Service was very professional and friendly, clear communication and no hidden costs.
I was very pleased with the service of Vroom. We rented the car last minute, but because of very quick response and clear communication about the costs, we could explore more of the DR by car. The car was delivered and picked up and that was very convenient for us, because we were staying in Airbnb locations in Uvero Alto and Bavaro. The car was new (2024) and nice to drive and we even extended our rental period, just by WhatsApp. We’ll sure recommend Vroom to others.

BEST RENTAL EXPERIENCE!
I’ve rented cars all over the world but this was by far the easiest experience I’ve ever had! Communication was quick, there were no secret hidden costs or charges at the end, full insurance included for peace of mind, the car was immaculate & comfortable (Kia Sonet which we had for 15days) and was incredibly cheap on fuel! Vroom even gave us a bunch of recommendations of places to visit & things to do! Couldn’t recommend more highly. 10/10!

Was an amazing experience overall! Easy to communicate with, got the rental within 30-60 mins of speaking to a representative. Made my experience in DR so much better then i expected! Owner of company was extremely helpful and very kind, definitely made the process of renting the vehicle so smooth I would definitely choose this company again.
