It is always critical to stay in Ketosis to maintain a healthy lean body and lifestyle. I am an active weight trainer and pickleball enthusiast so I need to make sure my joints and muscles are at peak performance levels. Daily intake of Greens, Burn Evolve, Burn PM Black Turmeric, HGH and Enzymes protect and enhance my muscle goals. So much so I have commited to the monthly auto-replacement. The service from the Vshed team has been great so I am very pleased!

High pressure sales tactics followed by delay tactics so that when you want to cancel within a 72 hour window, you can’t. They’ve delayed the process and now you’re stuck with a success coordinator who cannot show up successful on time x 3 times. And a coach who plans a specifically tailored to you program before even talking to you. You can’t book to talk to the coach until you’ve had your kick off meeting which is delayed due to some made up family emergency. Then the sales person who pressure you doesn’t return your emails because he too was unwell and couldn’t be reached within the initial 72 hours. Keep your screen shots and emails as this is a scam and once you’ve signed there’s no refund unless you don’t succeed following the program.

Update: I have reached out to you in several emails. I got “sorry you’re not happy with your experience so far… we cannot issue a refund as 72hr has passed…”. $2700 Canadian dollars!

The reviews almost scared me away from this program, but I’m happy I did it anyway. I hadn’t worked out in years, I had no idea how to eat right, and I was exhausted all the time. I got the custom meal plan and the toned in 90 days program. These two things completely changed my life. It taught me how to eat right, plan my meals, and incorporate an exercise routine into my daily life. I lost 15 lbs the right way, and haven’t gained it back. I get comments all the time about how toned I look, and I have a 6 pack for the first time since I was doing gymnastics in middle school.
These two things marketing is really aggressive, but if you just pick the things that are really necessary, like a diet and exercise, there are no issues. Th customer service was incredibly responsive and I had no issue when I decided I was ready to cancel my custom meal plan.
This is definitely worth a try if you’re someone like me that had no idea how to eat right, was dependent on sugar, and didn’t even know where to begin to exercise to get results.

So, I reached out just to see what the fuss was all about, see if it worked, you know.
I scheduled my first visit and the guy never even showed up. I waited a while, called multiple times in the google meet, but every time it would time me out.
After 14 minutes, I figured he’s not gonna show and I should let them know. So I tried calling, don’t bother, you won’t get through. It just tells you to use their contact form online or their live chat. So I used the live chat, and let them know I wasn’t going to be using their service because he never showed up.
Then, right after I got off the phone, the automated girl called again (the same one that calls to confirm your meeting) to verify I’m me.. I say yes, then it hangs up?
So I reached back out to understand what the heck is going on, and she says that, oh, it looks like they’re trying to reach you but they’re having technical issues(by this time it’s already 10...) I told her to please let them know not to reach out anymore.

It was just an off putting experience.

You pay, thinking you’re going to get the detailed information they’re soliciting only to find that you have to pay more money to get it while they also try to sell you more products. I understand that businesses are there to money but the way they do it is misleading and dishonest. The Internet is full of this kind of garbage and it’s a huge bummer. Don’t waste your money unless you have money to waste. There is no easy way to get in shape. If there was we’d all have six pack abs.

Really should have read reviews on this company before I even considered them. If you don’t read anything further than this, DO NOT do business with this company. I witnessed firsthand the aggressive upsell tactics used by this company. The salesman, JaMario Harris, even presented himself as a Christian only to use every sort of twist and pressure tactic to get me to move forward, and when he felt I wouldn’t, he blamed me for lack of motivation, lack of choice or decisionmaking, and then tried to guilt me into it by telling me I’ll never make progress in my weight loss if I don’t change. He accused me that my ego was what was standing in my way. He accused me of not really having enough money to pay for their product. Anything you tell them can and will be used against you to pressure you into purchasing upgrades. After he lied about me one too many times I hung up. He promptly canceled the appointment to make it look like it never happened. So dishonest. Don’t waste your time here. Do some research before you call!

It seems very convenient to me that you say you cannot find me in your system. Well, I have a bunch of apology emails which also attempt to get me online with someone else who will want me to purchase an $8000 program. FYI their money back guarantee isn’t worth the paper electronic data it floats on. I have a copy of it and have found 100s of reviews from individuals who failed to get their money back. They simply have to claim that you didn’t follow their guidance and therefore you are not entitled to a refund. They can also treat you like crap to the point you want to leave the program but if you don’t finish out the 90 days, you have no hope in filing for a refund. I sincerely hope Dr. Drew does not realize what this company is doing with his name. This company is nasty to its core.

In April 2025 I originally signed up for their meal plan. Then I had a call with them and they were trying to upgrade me to their VIP program where they sold me on getting customized support from a "Coach". The salesperson said: "You have nothing to lose because if you don't lose weight your money will be refunded." What a lie.

Yes they do have a refund policy which states:

In order to qualify for a refund, you must follow the custom training plan and meal plan I create for you, submit weekly measurements, complete weekly check-ins, take before and after photos every 2 weeks, and retain proof of email/App communications over the 12 week period. If no results are achieved based on measurement changes or before and after photos after 12 weeks, you have the right to request a refund.

I followed the program and completed all of the above requirements for the refund. My Coach was horrible and did nothing to help me lose weight. She didn't even care that as the weeks and months went on that my stats were not improving, when I voiced my concerns she did not think it was a big deal. At the end of 90 days my weight was the same (no pounds lost) and I actually GAINED 15 inches from their program.

So I submitted all the information to prove that I followed the program as instructed by my coach and requested a full refund. I have been in email battles with them ever since because they are not willing to honor their own policy and issue me a full refund. I paid $5k (for a year of coaching) and they only want to refund me $2k.

The only reason I am writing this review is to warn ANYONE who is thinking about their VIP program. PLEASE, don't sign up for it. This company lacks integrity and does not even comply with their own policy. My "coach" turned against me and lied to the company stating that she did not approve the exercises I was doing. This is what they did to find ME at fault with their policy. This company is clearly committing fraud and they need to be stopped from these actions. I truly hope my negative experience saves you money, stress and hassle.

UPDATE 7/28/25 Vshred’s response is incorrect. At no time did my Coach Jenna tell me I was not complying with her exercises. They knew of my health limitations before I signed up. It was supposed to be a customized program, which is what I was sold. My coach agreed to the modified exercises, ones that did not put additional pain on my joints or lower back. I did what she instructed. And now my coach is telling V Shred a different story. I want someone from upper management to contact me so that we can come to a fair resolution.

My experience with Vshred. I was excited to get it, excited to start! Got their nutritionist and got on a meal plan. Took the pills as directed. Even read chat groups where people doubled up to get optimum results. The first month, I gained a pound. I doubled up the second month and gained two pounds. It did nothing for me.
I reached out to them and wanted to exercise the Lifetime 100% money back Guarantee! They responded that it's only for the first 30 days. Anything after that is not and I can return all unopened bottles.
Pure crap tactics to get people to purchase. I responded that they need to take down the lifetime 100% guarantee and say what is actually covered. They responded that they will take that into consideration.
So people beware.

VShred's "Toned in 90 days" workout is amazing !!! Only a 24min session per day, yet immensely pleasurable (endorphins activating, oxygenation, better bodily feelings), boosts vitality and mood in a way that felt miraculous to me.

If I could give this company no stars I would. As many have written here, I felt off-put by the pressure to constantly buy more. I also had a bad experience just getting started. They kept sending an email that was associated with my PayPal account, which is not the email I gave them initially. Trying to get them to refund me or even contact me was a nightmare. This page is asking for a customer number, but I have searched everywhere and haven't found one.

I purchased a program to get me in shape through V Shred. I chose VShred because I trust Vince Sant to know what he is talking about. He lives his own advice and it shows. I was not ready to begin, however, and requested a refund. Every interaction I received after making the request was more than helpful. These people understand excellent customer service. I look forward to one day returning to this program. They are a class act!

My wife bought in through social media advertising. She was immediately hit with nonstop emails upselling other packages, was told to take a test to personalize her menu but couldn't complete it because the only way was to buy a much more expensive package. Then came the video meeting with a coach, who also, surprise, told her the "basic" package she bought wasn't right for her metabolism and that she needed one that, of course, cost 5 times more. Luckily, she played it smart and played along to get the refund for what she already paid making him think we would sign up for the more expensive package after another video meeting, which we will not be having, thanks.

V Shred - if your product is good, you don't need to mislead customers to make sales. You are painting yourselves as charlatans and scumbags. Maybe your system does work, but we will be looking for honest people to work with, and I hope everyone who reads this will do the same.

I really did have a great experience with the program. I was committed to doing my all to obtain the goals that I personally wanted. I did not reach my goal within the first three months but I gave it my all and a ton of progress. Results will vary with everyone because its such a personal work. My coach was great and I put in the work. I learned a lot about myself and my habits and made great progress that I'm completely happy with. The reason I gave a three star rating is the customer service when I had a problem. the aggressive upselling was quite annoying. I gave in a purchased an additional three month program after some pressure and realized after I shouldn't have done that. I reached out and Vshred and I can came to an agreement. I was told it could take up to seven business days and it's been three weeks and I haven't received my refund. I have inquired twice in the past two weeks and crickets. We will see what happens next.
