Very disappointing experience with VSI

Very disappointing experience with VSI.

VSI is a large company, which is why this experience was so surprising and frustrating. The account opening process was smooth, and communication was excellent until the first order was placed. After that, everything changed.

For nearly 2–3 months, I repeatedly tried to contact my account manager, Nicki Hurley, through multiple emails and phone calls regarding issues with my order and inventory. Unfortunately, I received little to no response. Whenever I contacted customer support, I was told that only my account manager could assist me, yet my account manager was unavailable and did not respond to my requests.

What made the situation even more frustrating was that while my support emails were being ignored, I continued receiving updated price lists, promotions, and marketing emails from Nicki. It was difficult to understand how sales emails could continue to arrive while urgent customer issues remained unanswered.

As a business customer, I expect support after a sale, not just before it. Multiple emails, multiple phone calls, months of waiting, and very little accountability created unnecessary delays, frustration, and wasted time.

Based on my experience, I would not choose to work with this company again, and I cannot recommend them to businesses that value responsive communication and reliable customer support. I sincerely hope VSI reviews its customer service processes and takes greater responsibility for supporting customers after orders are placed.
