Visited today for an ear micro-suctioning procedure after suffering various ear problems. Jirina fully explained how the procedure would be done & what to expect. The results after were amazing & although I need to return in a weeks time, this is not due to any issues with the pharmacy

Needed to find a local Travel Clinic for vaccinations, VSM Pharmacy came up in my search engine and checked the website for services provided.
I filled out my enquiry form and got a 30 minute consultation booked for the next day.
There is parking behind the shop, the Pharmacy staff are friendly, polite and efficient to complete paperwork before the consultation.
I met the Pharmacist who is super, knowledgeable and once we had established that the vaccination is the correct course for my requirements, administered effortlessly.
Very happy with the service and can highly recommend for any additional travel needs and other services in the private clinic.

Jirina was friendly and explained the procedure. Showed the ear wax build up and then removed it. Would definitely go back for another procedure.

I received fantastic support from Jirina throughout my weight loss journey. If I find I have to restart medication I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else.

Unfortunately paid £100 pounds for procedure that didn't work and asked to pay another £40 without assurance will work - could be a con!

Opened at 9am and we were met promptly by Julie Mac - who explained the cryotherapy for my son's verucca. She was kind and ensured we had our questions answered. She applied the treatment and explained the after care.
My son was relaxed and put at ease.
The main chemist sold a wide range of goods, and we bought several other items as part of our visit.
A very cheerful practice, with kind and friendly ladies!

Easy booking for same day consultation. They were on time, friendly and efficient. Very happy overall.

My son has had multiple issues with warts. So we always use VSM despite providers much closer to home. I find as they are always efficient friendly the experience is so much nicer and worth the travel. I highly recommend them.

Great service with experienced pharmacists who sorted my blocked ears. Nice to be able to watch the TV on a lower volume!!

The pharmacist was incredibly helpful. She clearly explained what would happen during the ear cleaning process and provided support through a follow-up appointment, along with clear instructions for the interim period.

I had follow up cryotherapy treatment. My wart was almost gone, but I felt it would benefit from another treatment. It was very easy to make an appointment and I was seen on time.
The lady who treated me was lovely and I would be happy to return if needed in the future.
