I’m really frustrated with my experience withdrawing funds from VT Markets. My request keeps getting rejected with a vague message about document changes (brightness, contrast, or content), but no clear explanation of what’s actually wrong.
I’ve contacted customer support several times and keep getting the same response without any real help or guidance on how to fix the issue. It feels like I’m stuck and unable to access my own funds, which is quite worrying.

My £2,000 withdrawal request (submitted on 6 April 2026) is still pending, and I continue to receive vague responses about an “internal review” with no explanation or timeframe.
I am still unable to access my funds.

I have been trying to withdraw my money from VT Markets for months, but without any success. Every time I contact their customer service, I receive vague responses, usually saying that an “internal team” is looking into the issue. However, customer support claims they cannot do anything further to help me.
I find it very concerning that there is no clear explanation or resolution. Each time, they promise to get back to me, but I never receive any follow-up communication. This has been going on repeatedly, and it feels like I am being kept on hold indefinitely.

After depositing my money, I initially received vague responses saying my case was “under review.” However, things have only gotten worse since then. I started receiving nothing but repetitive, copy-paste template replies with no real answers or progress.
Soon after, I was completely locked out of my account. When trying to log in, I was told that my account is temporarily suspended and that I should contact my account manager. The problem is: I was never given any real contact details for an account manager, and no one ever reached out to me despite being told they would.
At this point, both my account access and my funds are fully blocked. I cannot log in, I cannot trade, and I cannot withdraw my own money.
All communication from their side has been generic, unhelpful, and clearly automated. There is no transparency, no accountability, and no actual support.
This is extremely alarming behavior for a financial service provider. Blocking access to a client’s account and funds while providing no real communication is completely unacceptable.
Be very careful before trusting this company with your funds.

I deposited approximately $1,200 into my VT Markets account (Login: 26522856) and traded XAUUSD under normal market conditions.
Through multiple trades over time, I grew my account to over $9,000. My trading activity clearly included both profits and losses, with consistent lot sizes (mainly 0.1) and real exposure to market risk.
As shown in my trading history:
• I had many individual trades, not a single transaction
• My trading was not risk-free
• There were both winning and losing positions
• No arbitrage, no system abuse, and no abnormal execution pattern
However, after I requested a withdrawal, the broker reversed the withdrawal and later applied a “Cash Adjustment - PNL” of approximately -$7,600, removing the majority of my profits.
The broker claims “suspicious trading activity” but has failed to provide:
• Any trade-by-trade explanation
• Any specific rule violation
• Any technical or execution evidence
It is not acceptable to cancel profits generated from a large number of trades without clear and transparent justification.
I have contacted support and requested a detailed explanation but have not received a proper response.
Until clear evidence is provided, I consider this action unfair, non-transparent, and unacceptable.
The broker responded but failed to provide any trade-specific evidence and only referred to a general clause without explanation.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with VT Markets.
I have an account balance of $16,547.86 (MT5 Account: 26527855), and on April 1st, I requested a withdrawal of $6,000. The withdrawal was reversed without any explanation, and since then, both deposits and withdrawals have been blocked on my account.
What is even more concerning is the complete lack of transparency. I have contacted their support team multiple times, and each time I receive the same generic response stating that my account manager will contact me. It has now been weeks, and no one has reached out to me.
For a broker that claims to be regulated and reputable, this level of service is unacceptable. Blocking access to funds without providing a clear reason raises serious concerns about client fund safety.
I strongly urge traders to exercise caution when dealing with this broker. Based on my experience, there is a real risk of losing access to your funds without proper explanation.

Worst company to deal with. Went back to using them after a long time and would advise anybody thinking of using them to avoid. I had a good trading day on XAUUSD for thr first time in a few weeks made profit of £3771 which theyve said they arent giving me due to suspicious activity, I do not use bots, I do not copy trade, I did not trade news so what their suspicious activity is i have no idea. They cleared out my account and are refusing to pay me what I made after a full day's hard work and patience. They are frauds and anybody thinking to use them should rethink that decision.

Entretanto, hoje, dia 13/04/2026, solicitei um novo saque no valor de $500. O pedido foi sumariamente negado. Além da recusa, fui informado de que minha conta está "sob análise" e foi suspensa para novas operações, sem qualquer justificativa técnica ou aviso prévio sobre qual termo teria sido violado.

I opened my account with VT-Markets on 03/09/2026, making an initial deposit of $1,000 (which was accompanied by a $1,000 bonus). I traded normally on 03/10/2026, generating a profit of $1,650. On the same date, I requested a first withdrawal of $950, which was processed and credited without issues.
However, today, 04/13/2026, I requested a new withdrawal of $500. The request was denied. In addition to the refusal, I was informed that my account is "under review" and has been suspended for new trades, without any technical justification or prior notice regarding any alleged violation of terms.
A quick search on forums like Reddit shows that this is not an isolated case. There are several recent reports from clients facing the exact same pattern: blocked accounts and arbitrarily denied withdrawals. This type of action raises serious questions: is VT-Markets operating as a SCAM, or are they facing severe liquidity issues?
I demand the immediate unblocking of my account and the release of my funds. If this is not resolved, I will escalate the case to the relevant financial regulators.

Around 1.5 months ago, I submitted a withdrawal request, which was instantly rejected, and my account was subsequently closed. Since then, I have not been able to access my account for 1.5 months.
Later, they removed the profits I had earned from my trades and attempted to justify this by referring to several clauses in the client agreement, none of which actually applied to my situation. To avoid prolonging the issue—especially since I received no meaningful responses and the customer support has been extremely poor and unhelpful—I stated that I accept the removal of my profits and simply requested that my account be reopened so I could withdraw my initial deposit.
However, they have still not reopened my account. I have been unable to access my portal for 1.5 months and cannot withdraw my initial deposit. They are unfairly withholding my funds

I haven't been able to withdraw funds for three years. Clicking the "Withdraw" button prompts me to contact them. However, I haven't received a reply to my emails, and they haven't contacted me in any way. I requested a withdrawal of $3,500, but they froze my withdrawal function, stopped replying to any messages or emails, and ceased all communication with me. I requested that they reopen my account's withdrawal channel and process my withdrawal request.

My account (22474888) has already been reviewed, and I received a final decision stating that my profits of $650.98 were reversed due to “suspicious trading activity” flagged by your liquidity provider.
However, no specific trading rule violation or concrete evidence has been provided despite repeated requests.
For transparency, I request you to clarify here what exact rule was violated and on what basis my trades were classified as suspicious.
I again request a fair reconsideration and reinstatement of my $650.98 profit, as the trades were executed manually and in good faith. Repeating generic responses without addressing the actual concern is not helpful.

FUNDS WITHHELD. I deposited $150 and so far the account values at $260. Invested small to check and see how the withdrawal is. Long story short, i now have a $2200 fee before I can withdraw. Lol some bullshit. This PLATFORM IS A SCAM. Do not put money here!

This broker is scamming me. I deposited using Banxa and my payment was accepted. I check my VTMarket account and it says that my deposit failed and that I have to contact email. Which takes forever for them to respond!
