Dear VT Markets,
I hope you are doing well.
I am writing to formally raise a serious concern regarding my account, which has now remained unresolved for over 18 days.
Despite multiple follow-ups with customer support, I have not received any meaningful update. I was informed that the funds were withdrawn from my side and that this may be my responsibility. However, I strongly dispute this claim, as I reported the issue on the same day it occurred.
Additionally, I am extremely concerned about the security of my account. I request clear and detailed answers to the following:
How was two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled on my account without my authorization?
Why did I not receive any email, OTP, or notification related to these withdrawal transactions?
Please provide the IP address and device details used to access my account and initiate the withdrawal.
Kindly provide details of the wallet address to which the funds were transferred.
This situation has caused significant distress, and I have been patient while waiting for a resolution. However, after 18 days without progress, I must insist on an urgent and transparent investigation.
If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to escalate the issue further, including filing formal complaints and sharing my experience publicly.
I request your immediate attention and a full resolution to this matter.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with VT Markets (Pty) Ltd.
I opened my trading account, completed full KYC verification (ID and proof of address), and deposited funds as requested. However, shortly after depositing, my account was restricted without any clear explanation.
On 30 January 2026, I requested a withdrawal, but since then, all my withdrawal attempts have either failed or remained unprocessed. I have not received any valid reason for why my funds are being held.
The broker later asked me to submit additional documents, including videos and bank statements, which I fully provided. Despite complying with all their requirements, my account remains restricted and my funds are still not released.
I have made continuous efforts to resolve this issue by:
Contacting live support (who repeatedly give generic responses)
Sending multiple emails (no replies received)
Reaching out to my account manager (no response)
It has now been over a month, and I am still unable to access my funds.

I have now formally filed a complaint with the Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA), South Africa, regarding this matter.
I strongly urge VT Markets to resolve this issue immediately and release my funds without further delay.

Something unbelievable for just 300£ you do this dhit? Imagine to win money here. You make a very easy way to open an account amd deposit but when comes to withdraw there’s no way. You send me ridiculous requests for KYC, despite all I sent all of them. You don’t answer anymore and restricted my account and just you don’t want to give money. I reported you as a scam on trustpilot just as 99% of people who invested in your platform. I would like to hear back from you

I am a manual trader and I’ve been waiting for my withdrawal of $949.68 since the NFP event on March 6. My account (24630797) is currently under 'Account Activity Review' and has been completely frozen for 13 days.
I have tried to contact support multiple times, but I only received generic answers like 'limited visibility'. Worst of all, even internal transfers to my USDT wallet are being rejected with the error 'Transfer funds from this account is not allowed'.
I am very disappointed with this lack of transparency and delay. I will update or change this review only after my funds are released. Potential clients, please be aware of this situation.
UPDATE (20 March 2026):
VT Markets replied an hour ago claiming their team 'has reached out'. This is FALSE. I have checked my inbox and spam folder multiple times and I have received NO email, NO call, and NO solution from them. My account 24630797 with $949.68 balance remains frozen and inaccessible. Please stop providing deceptive public replies and actually provide a real solution.

I had an account with VT Markets and traded with a profit of USD 190,573.
Without any warning. I could no longer trade or withdraw my funds.
When I contacted support, they just kept saying I "violated the terms and conditions", though all my trades were done legitimately. When I lost money, VT Markets said nothing, but when I won, they immediately jumped out and blocked my account and withdrawal.
This is clearly selective enforcement: they happily take your deposits and let you lose, but when you win big, they lock everything and terminate the account.
I have already filed complaints with FSCA (South Africa) and FSC Mauritius.
Warning to everyone: Avoid VT Markets. They only honour trades when you lose.
EDIT: ROBBERY - VT Markets just wiped out my account balance from their backend.

Hi do not recommend my account been frozen and can’t do a withdrawal without any reason when you contact them they tell you the same thing a verification have to be done. Gave all the documents and still the same problem . After I look up online (Reddit,instagram) I saw many people with the same issue withdraw problems. Do not recommend at all. Account 24437493

After a highly profitable trade, my account was frozen and withdrawal funds was blocked. Few days after, they took almost 80% of my profits out and deemed my trade suspicious and have no clear explanation.
I have been with VT market for few months, and use the same trading strategies all the time.
Service response is slow and not transparent.
This is unacceptable.
Will be posting here again if funds are not refunded.
