Worse company I’ve every used . They ignore your calls , ignore your emails . The prices are almost double what other companies charge .Seriously absolutely garbage .

Initially great communication and positiveness: then came complications with the LD roof racks, which had later delivery date due to tech complications. "Don't worry, we're non in a rush, we just need you to ship all in one go with one courier to not have ball-ache with customs."
A month or so down the line two different shipments from two different shipping companies arrive in italy, a total bureucratical nightmare with customs and tax requests from all fronts....
In shipment 1 there's stuff missing which has been heavily paid for and they don't even answer the phone or emails to any request of customer service!

Part received damaged .. not response

Looks like they have gone out of business. Fraudulently taking payments online with no intent on supply. Promised to refund but didn't. These guys are criminals so steer clear and dont pay them any money!...you have been warned!

Commuinication about more order was poor at best. No one ever answered the online chats wjhere I attemopted to get more informaiton about my order status. I paid $363 for shipping only to have th packages showe up COD!!! I refused the delivery and had the packages retunred. Still no updates, no communication...nothing. Still waiting for a refund.

the 2nd star because finally after 2 1/2 the ordered product was delivered.

I ordered the gloss black side carrier which took nearly 4 weeks to arrive despite being in stock, communication from Vulkan is awful unfortunately, no one replies to emails with updates and reaching them on the phone is difficult. when I finally got through on the phone I was informed it was delayed due to a slight fixing issue and they were waiting for replacement parts. The carrier itself is good quality and I am happy with it, although I was missing a yellow clip from a bottom mount cover so this wouldn't clip on properly (I managed to overcome this). as described it should have come with the Land Rover Oval Badge, which it didn't, despite emailing asking for one to be sent again there's been no communication.

I wish io had read reviews before i purchased...

Same story as others below. Purchased some side steps for defender. Looked great when they arrived, but poor quality & paint is flaking off them after a few months.
Vulkan do not respond to emails & never answer the phone. Please don't take my word for it. Try to call them before you buy (Number on their website) They never answer. What does that tell you?

The cutoms hold on the delivery and the company made effords to continue the delivery

The product matched exactly what I ordered. It was well rapped in and no missing parts. An adequate dokumentation about the installation was also delivered. I would purchase it again.

Very poor company. Poor quality products rubbish aftersales. Bought ladder, gear carrier as well as other items. Both have faults vulkan unable, unwilling to resolve. Promise to send replacement parts or make excuses( waiting for parts to arrive into stock was the most recent. Best advice is buy original equipment its more expensive but at least you have peace of mind and a worthwhile guarantee

I bought a roof ladder and a side step kit for my Defender 2021 about a year ago from Vulkan Automotive. The roof ladder broke right off the second time I used it and I was quite lucky not to get hurt or damage the paint of my Defender badly. The side step paint quality is also very poor. Big flakes of paint falls off because of heavy corrosion underneath the paint in under a year's use in normal conditions. Stay clear of these products. The quality is very poor. It also seems very hard for Vulkan Automotive to send me a replacement ladder and new sidesteps as I've been promised for months now. They seldomly and very randomly answer emails. Poor product quality and poor customers service.

Simple ordering process with the items arriving on time and as always from Vulkan Automotive, are of good quality
