I bought fireworks via the website. I called to cancel my order, I was assured that my money would be refunded. Almost 2 weeks later the money has not been refunded and they don’t return my email enquiry.

I did receive different fireworks than ordered. Without any notification or explanation. I realised at home. They didn't have enough stock and still selling online.

Qualitative fireworks
The Super 500 fireworks were amaizing, as well as the Oasis. The price was equal to its quality, even cheaper than I was expected. I would for sure buy again for the next event.
