We are sorry that feel mislead by the information on the website.
You have bought an extractor hood without asking for any help or extra information from us. We do not ask our customers if they know what they are buying. After you receive the product, you install it by yourself (which is not legal, it must be installed by an authorized electrician) and then you find out that it must use an extern engine. This you don't want to buy, but you want to return the product. We were willing to take the product back, even though that it has been unwrapped and mounted by yourself. As we are not able to sell the product as new anymore without the cardboard box etc. and because of it has been installed by yourself and not an authorized person, then we cannot offer you a full refund. After we wrote this to you, we haven’t heard anymore from you. So please be fair to tell the whole story before giving us our first 1 star ever!
