Great support. VW car radio PIN works well.

Paid for the code. First it was a 2 hour wait, then I was told 7 hours more via email. It is now the next day and the only response is the generic immediate response that is worth nothing. One email has a phone number listed that is fake.

Quick and straightforward service. I was sent the code a few hours after purchase and had no issues.

Took a little longer than expected but within 8 hours of purchasing they were able to get me the code for a radio I pulled from the junkyard!

Don't go to the dealership! This is way easier and cheaper and customer service responds to emails almost immediately.

I bought an OEM radio from a wrecker and I needed a code asap. I had never experienced this before. vwcodes was simple, quick and efficient. They communicated effectively and ultimately got my code to me in less time than they promised. The code worked and I couldn’t be happier!

I had a great experience today on what I thought was unsolvable. The senior VW tech at my local dealership confirmed that VW could not get the codes directly and had to rely on a server connection to upload them directly to the car the radio was installed on. The security has been upgraded a while ago and it's out of the dealerships hands. The Manager at Vwcodes.org reached out to me after hours and provided a working code for my swapped radio in my 2009 CC. Ordered a code for my radio and it says 2 houes deliverytime but no answer og code from them.
