It didn't come with a stick or long handle

It didn't come with a stick or long handle. The video on Facebook showed it with a stick. I'm 64 years old and I can't bend down very well, that's why I bought it in the first place, because it appeared to have a long handle with it. I can't use it.

Item received was in pieces

Item received was in pieces. Very poor quality for the price paid. Have tried numerous times to contact Vyjoy to arrange return / refund - they are NOT responding.

Not what is on the tin

The advert for this gear clock shows a duplex chain driving a freewheeling duplex timing gear . In fact what i received was a single row cycle chain driven pressed gear being driven by the bottom pressed gear that is fixed to the upright .The clock arrived in a DIY state with most metal parts covered in machine oil that i needed to degrease before use .Clock now functioning well .

I received my gear clock and not happy…

I received my gear clock and not happy as it a cheap copy of the one showing on the site it falls over as no weight in the base and needs resting on wall the cogsare thin and chain falls off now I like my full refund but they not contacting me percy porter
