Edit: I have used them a fair few times now, getting around 18 - 20 parcels to them, consolidated and shipped to Germany. They always provided fast and flawless service. Returns to merchants are free of costs. 180 days of free storage is insane!! Chat support us quick, helpful, extremely polite and they always have insights into their shipping partner's current situation.

Good service. I was unable to pay for the shipping, because of an issue with payment. Tried two cards but was unable to pay. Tried PayPal but a message appeared that my bank didn’t allow the transaction, and my other card had a similar problem. The extra fees I incurred were waived by vykingship. I provided a prepaid returns label and Vykingship sent back the package. I still don’t exactly know what the issue was, but I changed my mind on the package anyway.

I decided to use Vykingship last week purely on the strength of their Trustpilot reviews (having read some rather worrying reviews of other shipping services). As it turns out, I couldn't be happier. The whole process was clearly explained, smooth to set up, and my order shipped from the retailer to my new US address without any issue. When it arrived with Vykingship, I was notified and asked how I wanted to ship it to the UK. I chose DHL Express and the item was here within 48 hours! Brilliant.

Definitely one of the best US shipping forwarders, probably even the best. The company is very trustworthy in comparison to the other shipping forwarders out there and requests get processed incredibly fast. If you don't want to worry about packages being stolen or shipping costs being higher than calculated, go with them! Will definitely use again.

They are the best! Everything works well, never had a problem with them directly - Asendia once classified the package as First Class instead of a higher class - but that wasn't up to them. Service is very fast and good, packaging is great, overall extremely satisfied!

The best forwarding service in the US! Fast, reliable, trustworthy, reasonable prices.

Took 20 days for my package to leave the USA, while estimations said it'll take 6-14 days to get to me. I paid $60 for this questionable service because they use some middle carrier to get package to USPS, which took ~10 days, which is ridiculous.
Not cheap, not fast, not much of a benefits.

I've been using Vykingship for perhaps a year or so now and they've delivered maybe half a dozen consolidated packages for me. Every time I use them, it's a great experience. If there's a minor issue or I made a mistake and need their help, their support is always prompt to reply, happy to help, and friendly. They often go out of their way to help their customers and I can't say enough nice things about them!

I feel truly cared for when dealing with Vyking Ship. I live in the Cayman Islands, and there are dozens of freight forwarders much closer to me than Vyking Ship, however none I have found that take the care and have their high level customer service.

I could also have my items shipped to our national Air Cargo, but again, not disparaging Cayman Airways Cargo in the least, but the thing is, once my packages have arrived at Vyking, I know they are safe. It's hard to put a monetary value on that.

Nevermind that Vykingship is extremely reasonable with their costs, and you can pick and choose the features you wish to pay for.

I have shipped more than 7 packages with vykingship .They are amazing guys , They have always done an excellent job for me . My packages always arrive on time , I would absolutely recommend their services .

Vyking ship is the first choice company if you are looking for a cheap and safe forward shipping service. For me as a Swedish customer I save alot of money when buying from many different companies in the US and get the packages shipped to my box at Vyking ship. I have also many options to choose from.

For example, if I have ordered from three different US companies and get them shipped to Sweden I have to pay: 1) postage for three separate orders to Sweden which is very high 2) customs for three orders which is based on the value + additional fees. If I choose Vyking ship I will get those three orders shipped together as one package and only pay shipping and customs once, and save up to 60-70%. Keep in mind that many US companies have free shipping within US so that will also lower the costs.
