Order said that it shipped and when I went to check the tracking, it gave me a “suspicious activity” warning and made me enter a Captcha to unblock. After that, it said no order found with that information. This company feels super shady and based on the reviews, even if I do receive it, I’m expecting a piece of garbage. How about instead of spending all your money on Instagram ads, you make a quality product and ship it on time?

Great website but a completely trash product that feels and looks as though it's a cut rate AliExpress order.

Don't get me wrong, if this had been a $5 product I probably wouldn't be writing this. Soon as I had it in hand though I knew I had wasted my money. It is not MagSafe compatible, it's just a thin TPU shell with cloth on it. There are not additional magnets to help hold the iPhone on. My Apple wallet slides off of it and the phone itself will slide right off my stand charger.

Stay away, hit eBay or AliExpress, or even Wish and get a similar product for $3.

After waiting a while I was surprised to receive my order. But what I received was the most flimsy cover ever.

I had a great experience when I've purchased my first phone case. On my second purchase, I miss-clicked and selected the wrong iPhone model and had to send an email to the customer service team. They were very helpful and changed my order instantly because it hadn't been shipped yet. I will keep buying from you guys.

I placed 2 orders in December. My credit card was debited immediately. Delivery was announced, however, can not be tracked. No response to various e-mails. So I am scared to be a victim of a case of fraud! I just can recommend to everybody to avoid placing orders with this company!

Not that good quality. After 2 weeks of use case is already starting to unfold from corners of the case. Dirty case is also hard to wash. I got new case free of charge after I complained and sent pictures to Vynluxe, but the quality was exactly the same.

Over the years, I have purchased a few phone cases for my iPhones, none of them compares in terms of quality to these ones. I am really happy that I found this store. Good job guys!

I am so very disappointed in the service here.. I should have read these reviews before I made the decision to buy Vynluxe phone cases looks like..

I purchased 2 phone cases on 22 November.. There has been no follow up after 3 emails now to Vynluxe customer service and I am beginning to think here that I have made a very big mistake buying these phone cases, especially after reading the reviews of their quality after 3/4 weeks of use..

Still no word at all from customer service.. Still waiting.. And REALLY hoping that I have not been scammed here out of Euro 35.00..

My order isn't at all delivered. When I tried to contact Vynluxe (multiple times) or the transport company they don't respond to my emails al all.

This way I payed for a product I didn't even receive!

Really would not recommend buying something at Vynluxe for as you can see sometimes you don't even receive the bought product...

First I was a little skeptical about purchasing because of some reviews I saw but I truly love the premium cloth phone case. Will purchase another one in Denim Blue for my girlfriend.

Very bad experience. Just some AliExpress type phonecase of very poor quality.
Was damaged right out of the packaging.

While the cover looks nice, and feels nice, the quality of the adhesive around the mute/unmute button is just as bad as the plastic itself.

I got to use mine for 2½ weeks, after that it broke.

They don't respond to inquiries, so don't even bother. I am looking for a new cover another place again. Sad.

I would not recommend, unless you purchase it to use it for 2 weeks only.

*sarcastic clap* Good job Vynluxe your marketing was excellent making me think that this was an exclusive case that you had in stock.

It was not. It was a very profitable “wish product” that I could have ordered from wish if I wanted a case sent straight from China. What is your margin on this 400%?

The funny thing is that you have the audacity to blame Covid for the slow transit when you had no transparency about it coming directly from China... I found that out after I ordered it.

So some improvements you can do to make a better business. 1. Get your own warehouse. 2. Actually make the product you want to sell yourself. 3.Don’t bullsnitch people on Instagram, people doesn’t like being fooled and They will never come back again. And at some point the customers will dissapear and your “brilliant china-idea” is not as lucrative anymore.

Now after having the case for 3 months, the material inside was so weak that it split in half. Better than wish quality... my ”behind”...

11 weeks and still no delivery (within Europe)!!!!!! Over 10 email follow ups and still no answer!!!!! Exchange with the CEO Pedro but still no action!!!!!!! Exchnages done on their website, via email and via Instagram but they do not reply!!!!!!!!!

Delivery took close to a month and the cover does not fit well. 3 weeks after I ordered I asked if I could cancel the order but the Customer service said no.

Great Iphone Cover. Looks great and strong fit. Saved me several times from breaking the iphone :)

Just don’t order here. It’s not good quality at all and definitely not worth the price. After not even two weeks of using the phone cover, it’s already broken and I didn’t even drop it or anything. They send you a cheap product from China and put a sticker on the box that says ‘Vynluxe’ and think that makes it a premium product. Don’t make the same mistake I’ve made!

These guys buy their cases directly from China and resell at 10-20x profit. You can buy them yourself from alibaba and save money. Quality is what you would expect. They do not reply to emails. Buy at your own risk.

After 2 months still waiting for delivery after spending £34 in two covers. It’s a scam, don’t buy from them.
