Very disappointing experience with CT
Very disappointing experience with Virtuzone’s corporate tax filing service.
We paid the full fee upfront with the understanding that the required tax-related review and work would be carried out. After engagement, we were informed that the service did not include the necessary corrections and that an additional service would be required.
As a result, the required work was not completed, and we had to appoint another firm to do the job, resulting in additional costs and a loss of the money already paid.
The main issue is the lack of clarity regarding the scope of service before taking payment. This was a very frustrating experience and not what we understood we were paying for.
I would strongly recommend getting the exact scope of work in writing before paying Virtuzone upfront.
