In the last two days, you opened several tickets with us from various FreeMail addresses, mostly containing very offensive insults, which I will not elaborate on here.
(FreeMail are you really that stupid virtcloud.pro is my company man you really are on the spectrum)
you offer a plugin in an English environment i.e whmcs marketplace, a user who purchases this must KNOW your language which I do not and would need to translate everything you just said, and we all know how great Google Translate is and I dare to test ChatGPT4 atm with this task, The issue as stated is you are still going on about the matter when you were proven wrong. (sorry your so on the spectrum you don't understand how to setup ipv6 on your end so emails actual send to clients)
I sign up with all my proper info I attempt to sign up for a trial of their keyhelp control panel plugin for whmcs, The thing is I got flagged after entering all my proper information and email + emails never came in to my inbox to verify account, upon further going into the matter with support in regards to this they came back with a childish excuse stating well you signed up for a trial and didn't fill the signup correct? How can I fill the signup correct
1) when your signup is in a foreign language
2) when a user signs up with proper info, still is flagged for FRAUD on a free trial product......
3) emails never came in my email works fine + I setup gmail just to see and tested still didn't work.
so don't point fingers at me when of course your offering a free trial item talking down to clients for TESTING a service you offer for free. You seem to be on the spectrum and that's fine.
Not worth the hassle the last review was only posted because I stated I was going to post a bad review in regards to the company and then they THREATENED me in a ticket on top of that.
