I am chatting with this company online. I have asked them to stop the current transaction which they have said they have done. You can contact them via their website
They told me an email with the information was sent however I did not find one

This is a scam, says you have won a prize, fill in details and charges you £3.00 and then you are subscribing for a monthly charge. Seems to be linked to another web company then247.com as it takes you to that site after entering details.
Be careful.
