Super slow responses, 5 project leaders in 1 year.. no clients records/files so you have to share your experience and what you want multiple times.
Then when you want your money back they say it's more then a year ago while half of the time(and that's already much..) nobody was responding..

Big scam

Nothing they do is free, they're expensive and very poor quality. I had to re-do everything but the website was never published. Refund request of all fees and was turned down. I was charged £900 and the rubbish website they made was never published and handed over to me. All sorts of locations and extensions come up Spain, Lithuania, Ireland. It's a scam. They cannot be located either so there's no way a refund can be pursued. Daylight robbery.

My experience with WAcademy has not been entirely satisfactory. I now have a site, which was constructed without too much fuss, but it's really only a little better than the previous one I'd made myself with no experience. Moreover, I'm now left to edit it myself which I'm finding very difficult, even with the instructions provided. However, I would like to add that my project manager, Jean Garcia, has been very helpful and has done as much as I could expect. I'm hoping she will continue to give me some more advice until I feel confident in editing the site.

I am deeply disappointed with the services provided by this company. From the very beginning, they failed to deliver on the promises made and have continuously shown a lack of professionalism.

After purchasing their services, we encountered repeated delays and a complete lack of communication. When we finally decided to request a refund, we were sent in circles, constantly redirected to their refund team, which has failed to respond in a timely manner.
It’s unacceptable that they advertise themselves as a "Professional Website for Small Businesses" while failing to fulfill their commitments and disrespecting customers’ time and money. If you're considering working with this company, be prepared for delays, miscommunication, and unfulfilled promises. We are now forced to consider legal action to resolve this issue.

I've been a client of W-Academy for over a year now, and I couldn't be happier with the services they provide. No matter the request, she addresses it promptly and efficiently. She always provides excellent advice and takes care of every detail, allowing me to focus on my business without worrying about the technical side of things.

Avoid at all costs! They said I would get a 'free website' in an ad with WAcademy, and then I was forced to pay a substantial amount for a 2 year ecommerce overpriced hosting instead. Website is still not ready more than 1 year later, they delivered an incomplete website- which I wasn’t able to use. They have failed to deliver an even basic site. They instead keep insisting that delivering the agreed site is "a new round of fixes and demand new add ons" and they requested more money, holding it hostage. So the brief was not followed, the project manager disappeared, sometimes they said he was sick, sometimes they said he left the company, sometimes he was on paternity leave. 1 year loosing my time and money. Eventually I had to find a new web developer and invest additional money to fix the website and their errors.
Now I still have an active paid Eshop hosting subscription / Plan Space - 24 months (active until 2025/02/24), including Elementor PRO license. Now I see that Elementor Pro is no longer active on my website. Previously Elementor Pro was active, features were available and used to build my website that were only available in Pro versions. Now I am getting an error message when I try to edit with elementor because they removed the licence associated with my website. The site was built with elementor pro, and now that the license has been removed, the website is breaking down. The new developer told me that I need to buy a new Elementor Pro licence. The stress has been making me ill and I'm out of pocket. I asked several time for a refund or to restore the Elementor licence and they are ignoring all my messages. None of the numbers seem to work and no one is replying to my emails. I am concerned because they still hold my website and my bank account details.
GetSpace EU and UK along with WAcademy and Starflix are scam companies. I’ve already reported them to Action Freud and suggest everyone to do the same.

After posting a review I got a message that this 'unfair and malicious' comment would receive legal action.

Don't trust in them. I lost money, pacience and time.

AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS. Nothing good to say. Extremely unprofessional & uncoordinated team. There's only one option left for me to think that these guys are organized (not even organized) scammers. I paid for a free website and 3y hosting plan. I still have none of that.

False advertising. They claim "free" website development but then as soon as you show interest they hit you with a website hosting paywall. Save your time.
