Customer pays for returns
Arrived packed in a box that had obviously been used several times. Be aware that you have to pay for returns unlike most recognized businesses. Will not order from this company again.

Really disappointed
Really disappointed. Ordered a bag from Fairfax and favour for a Christmas present for a friend. When it came it looked like it had been already used. There was a stain on the front, albeit small, but you couldn't miss it and the box it came in looked scruffy. I could not return it as my friend was going back home abroad straight after Christmas and I wanted her to have her gift.
