Do not believe a word from this company about that new user promo. It’s nothing but lies to get you to sign up which I did three days ago. I lost my first bet which was supposed to be risk free and ever since then I’ve been trying to get my promo and I’m not even sure I’ve been talking to someone from the company or not.when you get in the chat they will not respond on purpose because it shuts down automatically after a while and they put the blame on you for the disconnect even though it’s them every single time. I never leave reviews but this one right here deserves it. I’m not sure if I can leave screenshots or anything like that on here but if see what I’m going through with their customer service you wouldn’t believe it if you didn’t see or hear it yourself. It’s happening at this very moment as I write this review. The agent has shut down and not responding so I either leave or the chat disconnects. I’m warning everyone you do not want to deal with what I’m going through right now you might end up popping a blood vessel or something. Heed the warning

I had a very disappointing experience. I won over $3,000 in total, and I was able to withdraw $1,832 without any issues. However, when I requested another withdrawal, I had to wait three weeks, after which my withdrawal was suddenly canceled.

According to customer support on the chat, my account is now under review, and the verification process is supposed to take up to 30 business days. Interestingly, there were no problems when my winnings were up to $1,000, but once the amount was higher, the withdrawal process became extremely difficult.

Based on my experience, everything works smoothly with smaller wins, but when you win larger amounts, you should not expect an easy payout. Very frustrating and unprofessional handling of customer funds.

**Update — February 20, 2026**

As of today, the issue still has not been resolved. I am continuing to wait for my withdrawal to be processed, and it has now been nearly four weeks with no clear information or solution provided. I also want to reiterate that the claims made by WagerStreet about me are false — I have not used multiple accounts, my name is not Varun, and I have not received any refund for my deposit.

I have documented evidence, including screenshots of conversations, deposit confirmation, and email correspondence supporting my statements. I am still waiting for this matter to be resolved.
