Only gave my dog wag rx for 2 weeks

Only gave my dog wag rx for 2 weeks. Damaged his liver permanently. Was sent another bottle that I didn't want. Called company to get a refund and canceled a subscription I didn't sign up for. First report hung up on me saying my account didn't exist. Second rep after being on hold for a hr said my account didn't exist. Was sending it over to someone else. Waiting for email. Looking at pills and order and email they still say my account doesn't exist. Don't get involved with this company you'll never get out and your dog will never recover.

Buyers beware!!!

Buyers beware, this company will dupe you into believing that their product is the best thing since sliced bread, with false advertising and dodgy products. I thought I was buying a one time offer, however it ended up being a subscription deal which wasn’t disclosed until after I placed my order. Emailed them to cancel the subscription as soon as I found out about it as it was impossible to cancel this via their website which falsely claims you can amend this on their site.
Aside from the above, my dog has suffered terrible side effects from using their cyclosporine chewable tablets.

Tried to contact them to see if they would offer any advice on dosage or assist in any way, however they didn’t even have the decency to acknowledge my email.

Tried to call them several times, got through to a call center, who take down all the account information and then advise that they have sent your concerns forward and that you will be contacted within 24/48 hours, this of course doesn’t happen and if you insist on speaking with a manager or supervisor they decline and then cut the call.

Complete scam, not sure what poison they are peddling but be warned!

False advertising

Falsely advertising the name of a specialist that does not exist. Falsely advertising a product that does not exist. Does not return phone calls asking for clarification on product.
View any product with a high degree of skepticism - there is no telling what you are giving your pet.
