Produkt was a scam. Company are scammers.

I had a problem with a shoe and the wagner Zürich team helped me very well. I am almost sure it is a chines firm and has nothing to do with zürich, but nevertheless the service was good. The slip in shoes are of a lovely pink and fit well, they are made with care for normal feet and not for "elephantsfeet". In so far I am positive about wagner zürich. :)

I AM HORRIFIED. I ordered something that looked like a comfortable wool sweater and received a cheap, thin, material with a PRINT of wool. MADE IN CHINA/ Took forever to arrive. I’m so angry, I feel betrayed. Wagner Zurich is a SCAM.

The product was shipped from China and arrived very late. Its quality was very poor and not worth the price at all. Although the brand name includes Zurich, this is misleading.

Fraud company. Total scam, bad quality crap from China and no refunds.

Total scam!! The item I received came from China and was of awful quality. I ordered a knitted sweater, I received a shirt with a PRINTED image of a knitted sweater. They also lie to you about their return, they say that it’s 30 days money back but don’t tell you that you can ONLY send it back to China, not Zürich where you would think the item comes from. They offered me 10% back and to keep the item instead. What a joke!

Don't buy in that shop, it is fake!
15 October I have ordered the dress Sonja | Kleid mit Rollkragenpullover × 1 for 59.95CHF on site wagnerzurich.ch
29 October the parcel arrived from Asia, not Switzerland. When i opened that, i found very bad quality dress from cheap material, the label had no name. It looks like dresses from no name Asian shops, but definetly not from Switzerland. On the parcel price of goods was 12 CHF instead of 59.95 CHF. I wrote immediatly the letter following the instruction of return procedure on site, but i still did not receive any reply from the company.
