Outstanding service from start to finish! I’ve had the boiler replaced twice at my two rental property, and the experience was excellent both times. The work was extremely neat and professional—so much so that my tenant personally praised how tidy everything was. When a leak came up, he responded immediately, came out right away, and fixed it without any hassle. Truly reliable, responsive, and high-quality workmanship. Highly recommend!

Waseem carried out a boiler safety check for us and provided an excellent level of service. He arrived promptly and conducted himself in a very professional manner throughout the visit. We had our boiler installed through Warmzilla, and I can honestly say the only reason I would confidently recommend Warmzilla is because of Wasim.

He has been absolutely amazing from start to finish. He went out of his way to help us at every stage and has always been available whenever we needed him. He never ignored our calls or messages, even when it was outside of his working hours, and he always replied kindly and professionally without ever sounding annoyed or rushed.

After the installation, we had a few issues, and Wasim dealt with them incredibly promptly. We did not have to chase or wait around. He came and resolved everything quickly and efficiently, which gave us a lot of peace of mind.

He is very knowledgeable, smart, and clearly knows his work inside out. I genuinely have not been disappointed at any point. His support, patience, and dedication really stood out, and it made a big difference to our overall experience.

WAHEATING has been one of the most reliable and trustworthy heating and plumbing companies I’ve ever dealt with. Wassem take care of my annual boiler service and issue the required safety certificate every year.
Finding honest professionals these days is difficult, especially when insurance companies often make things complicated and let you down when you need them most.
Thankfully, I found WAHEATING, and they have taken care of all my heating and plumbing needs without any hassle.
Wassem installed my new boiler, radiators, and even an outdoor garden tap. Since then, they have completed the yearly boiler and gas service at a very reasonable price.

Wassem replaced the boiler through Warmzilla, came on time, dealt with all the issues and even when we ran out of time for a few things he came back to complete, all work done to very high spec. He also went out of his way to resolve a few issues not installation related.

We had recently installed a boiler with WA Heating, who is a very experienced boiler engineer. They take care of everything, so you don’t need to worry about disposing of all the other stuff.

 He is a very hard-working person and looks after the customer very well. So far the boiler is working in excellent condition. I am glad everything worked very well.

Heating wasn’t turning on, called them, they sent an engineer in couple of hours, engineer within 15mins diagnosed the problem. Boiler had a faulty pump, ordered the parts straight away. Next day in quick time parts replaced.
Would recommend highly for heating and plumbing problems.
