Enquired about a lost part on a shaver.
They opened up a ticket and said it was not a part they keep and would pass it on to the technical department.
I did not hear anything off this department and then had an email from customer services saying that its been 7 days since I contacted them and they would close the ticket.i replied again saying I have not had any correspondence with technical as yet.
This has now been over 2 weeks and I have now replaced the shaver with another brand.

I’ve bought a few Wahl products over the years & always found them a good value, dependable brand.
My most recent purchase unfortunately stopped working after a couple of years so I emailed customer services to enquire about the 5yr warranty.
Rachel was extremely helpful & after taking some details & looking into things, she had a replacement dispatched to me.

Excellent, swift response and resolution but clunky website.
My not very expensive Wahl beard trimmer from Argos had a couple of issues. I was outside of the retailer's responsibility to contacted Wahl directly. The website is clunky and it's not plain to see how you might get to a 'return' or 'repair' link. Eventually, I got there and I am pleased to say the 3 year Guarantee was honoured in full. Customer Service (Rachel) asked me some straight forward questions and sent me a new one, asking me only to recycle the faulty one responsibly (with advice on how to do so). It's not 5* because of the clunky, confusing website. The resulting Custimer Service however was stellar. Thank you!

Poor product
Update - their customer service has given more support thankfully - they will inspect and sharpen if required free of charge. 3 star now for the support, just sadly the product is inferior.
Original - Poor product and service…. I spent near £100 on dog clippers (max 60 pet clipper) and after the first groom on my small cockapoo (amazing - they worked so well vs a cheaper pair I had), I went back to clip again and they wouldn’t cut through the fur - both times dog was clean and ready for a groom and the clippers were oiled and ready to go. I’m told the blade can get blunt after 1 cut and the only option is to pay for their resharpening service which I would have to do after every groom if that is the actual issue. I’m disappointed in the service, not really what I’d expect from a big brand, I’d expect more help and solutions, especially given I’ve used these for 1 cut. Not fit for purpose (product and sadly the after sale support).

Issue with my body groomer
Had an issue with my body groomer, the mechanism that raises the combe height stopped working.
Wahl were excellent, explained the issues, provided my receipt and as it was in the 5 year warranty they just send out a new one.
Old one is in recycling bin.

Customer service were fantastic had to contact them as hair clipper failed to work after a few days. After explaining to the agent who was very helpful I had a replacement within few days, no quibble, just sorted... Others take note!!

New Customer to Wahl, poor Customer Services
Found two 'in date' discount codes for some dog clippers (one via Google (not always reliable) and one the Walh website 'robot' customer service offering a current discount of 25%) Neither codes worked (I understand some dont always especially already discounted products) I telephoned Jo, Customer Services Manager who said there was nothing she could do (despite the offer being on their website and 'current'!!. When I said I had screen shots of the offers, she replied 'I don't want to argue with you, these codes are obviously old and can't be used'. I am a new customer (or was hoping to be) and before I've even ordered anything I found Customer Services poor. Very disappointed!

I purchased a Wahl hairdryer from an eBay seller. It failed after 16 months. Even though it was out of guarantee Wahl replaced it.

I have used the refurbishment service…
I have used the refurbishment service twice now - sent my broken clippers to them and 3 days later another fully refurbished pair arrived working perfectly - very good customer service and a great service in general meaning you are not spending hundreds of pounds on new clippers and broken clippers are not going the landfill !

My All-in-one trimmer stopped working…
My All-in-one trimmer stopped working on the morning of Saturday 24th January and by the Friday morning on the 30th a new one was delivered to me, it was a great service and they honored their 5 years guarantee. My trimmer was just under 2 years old. We'll done.

I would always choose a Wahl product over any other brand. You get complete professional support and peace of mind. Brilliant customer service.

Case can’t be replaced might aswell bin your kit
After product purchase this puts you in a postion to spend more money. I needed a part replacement. Although they offer other parts to be purchased one part they don’t offer replacement is a plastic external cover. Other parts offer replacements that customers are able to replace themselves at home require potential risk of further damage or even contact with electronic wiring. Sadly they don’t offer a part replacement for a case. Potentially the easiest the replace and the most breakable. They do however offers a ‘service charge where it would be replaced. This service is updated a of 70£ wich is taken advantage. And should be re considered. I can not continue to use my clippers. Nor am I able to service them for the sake of a let that requires seconds of customer care. So, now I will sadly be considering changing my brand loyalty to another worthy brand.
Irresponsible and cheap
I bought a new pro clipper directly from them and they sent me a used one with still some hair in it.
Customer service didn't take any responsibility and they just gave me cheap excuses.
Don't buy from this brand.
Unfortunately I cannot put pictures on here, however, it was clearly hair on the blade of the clipper I bought and some gel around.
