A Sign Of Broken Britain

I booked a covid & flu jab via the NHS web site. After arriving I was told that there was no covid jabs available being done that day due to some feeble excuse that there was shortage due of covid jabs due to the fact that after opening a package of 6 capsules some capsules were being wasted & that I could have a flu jab but I to return for a covid jab the following week. I declined the offer & decided to go elsewhere. But it would have been nice to have been told so that I did not have a wasted journey
