I ordered a basic sweater two weeks ago and it still has not shipped. I tried calling the customer service number and it says to leave a message but then the mailbox is full and it says goodbye. I tried emailing asking where my order was and I got no response if I could leave less than one star I would.

After conducting extensive research we finally stumbled upon your website which offered what we were looking for. We bought these pants for our daughters cadet program, we adhered to the measurement guidelines provided. Given that it is our first time buying from your brand and that our daughter still wears tween sizes, we were a bit uncertain. Nevertheless, much to our pleasant surprise, the pants fit flawlessly, including the length. The materials exceptional quality exceeded our expectations.

I placed my order on 7/10, it is now 7/31 and I have received no updates on my order and your portal shows "pending". I reached out to your customer service last week and have not received a response.

The sizing is terrible. The quality of the product is there but you need to make sure that you buy TWO sizes too large for you. This goes for both womans and men's. The return policy for this company is just as terrible as the sizing.

Waitstuff staff is prompt helpful and fair. Orders , exchanges and refunds delivered promptly. Customer service response--next day. I was very pleased with the service.

Prior to placing an order, I wanted to make sure the product we were looking for was available. The rep assigned was able to assist me immediately and received a sample to make sure we were content before placing my final order.

i can t get a hold of no one. no answer on phone. no one emails me back

The sizing is grossly off and if you need to return it, the return fee is $8.00 on top of having to pay for the shipping.

Easy to order and came in a timely manner! Nice ties, will work perfectly. Will order again.

The sizes run very small. Shouldn’t have to pay shipping both ways when the sizes are not accurate.
