Ordered 15th June, no response to order over a week later. Called and emailed with no response. Had to message privately to which I was told would be ready at the weekend. Guess what no response. I have since found out they have stopped trading. Went to premises to be fobbed off and told the owner would call me. Yet again no response. 20 days later no order received and no refund and £36 down. Not surprised they are not in business, disgusting behaviour from a local supplier! Hope they never trade again.

Ordered beginning of June. No communication to emails. Just had email from school saying don't use this supplier and now the phone number on the website no longer works. Think I need to get onto my credit card to get a refund

Ordered some school jumpers. Took 34 days to arrive. We had to chase and chase to get them. Wakawear gave a variety of different excuses - server went down, various health reasons, etc. We went to the business premises to chase up the order and the owner hid inside from us the first time. They were a nightmare to get hold of. They shouldn’t be taking people’s money if they aren’t in a position to fulfil the orders on time, as promised. We will never use them again.

Brought some school tops and jumpers. Junpers shrunk and went green told would be replaced never heard no more. Tried to contact them no reply will go back to original supplier as quality is better

Delivery never arrived. Ordered in November rugby boots for grandson for Christmas. No contact from the company accept to say sickness bug in the company. No contact since then. Asked them to cancel order and refund my money but still no contact from them. Definitely would not recommend this company.

We ordered from this company at a Christmas Fayre, and despite having tried to contact them in many ways, we have had no response from them, so am beginning to think we aren't going to get our order, which is a shame.

UPDATE : We have had no contact from you at all, so I find that strange - no missed calls from you, and no voicemails either. We have tried to call you on many occasions also - can you confirm your contact details please?

We have since found our order receipt, where the phone number is written down correctly...by yourselves. I just wanted to clarify, as you previously stated in your reply that the number was incorrect. I want our order or our money refunded in the next 7 days. This is disgusting practice from this company, and if this is how you treat your customers, I'm surprised you are still in business 💁

The ladies were helpful and seemed knowledgeable.
My order was done really quickly despite them being really busy. It seems good quality and my son is really happy and looking forward to wearing his new stuff.
This is their first year doing school uniform so does seem a little unorganised but we didn't mind as understood how stressful it must be to have such an influx of orders.
