Walbottle Village Institute has sat in a prime location overlooking the village green since 1891 when it was first opened as a church mission room. A quaint little building which still in regular use today. The hall is managed by a team of volunteer trustees and members of the residents association. The hall is well used by a variety of clubs and groups during the week. Details of which can be found on this website and the notice board outside the hall. The hall has recently been refurbished and is able to accommodate 50 people making it an ideal place for your party or event. It’s an accessible building with a disabled toilet and baby change facilities. It has a Generously proportioned kitchen and a large main hall. It also has WiFi so is great for your party playlist. Hire charges are £10 an hour. Please let us know of any issues before leaving a bad review
