Reply and update:
In order to be transparent and fair, here are the facts. On September 3, I sent a demand letter to houssyn store ( previously Waynors-Sw) requesting relief from their violation of consumer protection laws. See Directive 2011/83/EU for consumer rights when Shopping Online.
The Relief requested were:
A full refund, an apology from their company for fraudulent acts committed against me, removal of their online business from the Swedish market, compensation to all those who have been defrauded by their company.
The company had 2 weeks (until Sept 17) to respond. The day after I sent the letter, the company started responding to the comments on TrustPilot. On Sept 17, the company changed its name to Waldoz-se I got my refund now but that does not change my opinion about the company. Your response to me is not an apology. Since there are numerous complaints still going on, the company has not addressed the relief to compensate all the consumers they have defrauded. The company's comments are just excuses. They have no credibility.
WARNING about Waynors-SW.com or Waynors-NO.com or Waynors-FI.com or waldoz-se.com or houssynstore.com and ashinyhome.com or waldoz-no
Same company but doing business in different countries with different names. Websites are usually in the specific language of the country.
See all the comments on TrustPilot and FB. Search for these companies there. There are probably more companies that they have used in the past too. One way to tell it is the same company is to look at the legal contract they have signed with Shopify found in the legal documents on the bottom of the website.
Look for Stephen Zhang or Zhang Stephen of Jinhua A-young Trade Co., Ltd.
Owner's email is stephentiao@163 dot com
More info about owner can be found if you search for these terms: Jinhua A young E business trade wheel
If you have had a bad experience from this company too, file a complaint with the consumer protection agencies in your country. Refer to all their names used.
Report them to FB using ... next to any of their ads. In Sweden, report to ARN, Konsumentverket, or Konsument Europa.
According to the consumer protection agencies, the more complaints there are, the easier to take action. Talk to a lawyer also about filing a class action lawsuit against them.
