The magic is apparently gone at Walibi Belgium and the management apparently doesn't know or care.

The customer service at Walibi Belgium is atrocious! My children used to be the biggest fans of the park, but the staff treated them like dirt when they didn't do anything wrong. I'm not sure if it was because my children are disabled or because the staff just were not good with families and children. What I do know is that I contacted the park manager Mr. Jean‑Christophe Parent who treated it with silent indifference. The magic is apparently gone at Walibi Belgium and the management apparently doesn't know or care. In the meantime, I've had to deal with the aftermath which has left my children quite hurt and upset from the experience. Thanks Walibi Belgium.

Very disappointed with the attitude towards customers

We had bought tickets for 2nd November which were quite expensive as it is halloween week in Walibi. The only thing which we did not forsee was Storm Ciaran. In Flanders, where we live, the storm was very strong and it was dangerous to drive on the motorway to get to Walibi. I tried to call and I wrote to Walibi to ask for a change of date of our reservation as this was due to Force Majeure and they didn't even bother answer. I am sure they made good money off people without needing to provide much Service thanks to Storm Ciaran. Very cynical!

Refund refused & unsafe park measures

Management just want to make money out of visitors the best they can. They had no safe measures in the halloween event and packed thousands and thousands of visitors in a clearly not optimised park. If they do this with visitors imagine how safe are those attractions.

Walibi....

Walibi was a small theme park for adults, that wasn’t really clean and very confusing to go aorund cause you didn’t know where everything was.being from England and specking English you would of expected to have English subtitles under there language for the maps and sign but there wasn’t. People were nice and helpful there but I wouldn’t pay the price I paid for that bad quality of a park. -Katie xxx
