Not exactly what I was expecting. First set of training just like normal keep fit yet I thought I’d signed up for t’ai chi walking and that it was free! Now on second set which I had to choose from a selection, some of which I’m not interested in so feel I’m paying for routines I didn’t sign up for

It suited my energy level and just brought me up with a gentle sweat. I am having trouble renewing my app for another month. Any guidance would be most appreciated. Shon East

As I could not use the program because I do not have Internet on my phone, the company credited my account immediately.

I love the length of the workouts and the flexibility it gives me

Very simple routines for beginners . I have been able to stick with it for 3 weeks now. More than with any other app! Hope I get the desired results!

Great site and lots of different workouts to choose from.

Good exercise. However, it's a bit expensive

I have been using the Walkfit app for over a year.
In the last few months the video is not as good a quality as it used to be.
Also, it is too expensive for what you get. I continue because I do not want to lose track of my progress.
It's a choice I made.

Short “classes” that are easy to fit into my busy day, great variety of exercises.

I did the whole 28 day program and nothing happened! Now, that I have started with another TaiChi Walking app, I can see how useless the WalkFit app is.

I’m not a great person for exercise, but I thought if it cost me $14 a month while I’m gonna do it so every day I stand there with my iPhone in the kitchen do my steps do all the exercises and I haven’t been able to squat down for years now now I can halfway Scott and I do it the exercise exercises. I’ve had a couple of days off and I’ve not been well but otherwise I can’t wait for in the mornings to get out there and do It so well done the people who are showing you the exercise exercises and I’ll be keeping doing it again

It’s obviously failed to give me a six pack, but then I’m 73 and overweight.
What i love about it is how achievable the daily routines are.
A bit pricey at £40 but I’ll keep it going a while longer. £30 would be more acceptable.
The big take away is little by little I feel stronger.

Communication is really good. I had a problem with receiving the app on my phone so didn't want to continue with it but payment was taken. I emailed them and they responded within 24 hrs. Problem sorted out and money returned to my bank straight away. They listened to me, understood and sorted the problem out. No complaints.
