Booked a bottomless brunch for 10 people and paid £50 deposit then they called me and cancelled saying because of sporting events. Leicester city and Leicester tigers not even at home that weekend, then over 10 days later still not returned my deposit!!!! Then after numerous phone calls and emails I’ve still not received my £50 back after a month. And bad attitude with the bar staff when calling them and just keep saying call head office.

Walkabout Blackpool. Watching (along with several others) the Aston Villa vs Man City game. Commentary on ... almost good. Towards the end of the first half, a DJ turns up and just puts super loud music on and turns the commentary off. We left 2 drinks and left the pub, closely followed by others. So, the pub went from having about 10 people to zero in a matter of minutes. Why do that ? We've just ordered in another pub that's showing the game. You now have a DJ playing loud music to an empty pub. Well done guys

We booked a tour around Florence with food at a lovely farm. At first we were at bit iffy about it, because we booked it 23:00 and had to be there at 8. But everything worked out as planned! Even had all the food reservations ready. Alexandro was our guide.. that dude needs a raise! After a day with him I felt like we were best buds. Amazing dude with all the funny and important information about Florence! Just great! Nando our bus driver even helped us with a toilet payment at one of our stops.. great service, can definitely recommend these guys! Thank you for the awesome day

Not only is he telling all my friends to stay from me for being being trouble.

His accusing me of if hitting him!! When it was a woman, not me lol. Even his bouncer mate laughed at him it for getting slapped by her 😂

Not only that he had banned my GF for no reason and after speaking to phill she was aloud back in. Since then his been looking for any excuse.

Phill the so called manger, refused to show us cctv.

I’m more concerned how a bouncer that kicks out ppl for being so drunk, still has a job in the very club he passed out in. 🤷‍♂️

Iv heard loads of stores of him being aggressive and smashing ppls head into windows so anyone that has has videos or proof I will pay £100 for them.
