Ordered boots in december 2020. No delivery or further communication from company. Contact email bounced. Shop still open and selling product but contact email changed. No response to emails to this new address.
requested chargeback (successful) from my debit card on 10/04/2021.

This company shouldn’t be allowed to trade! Ordered boots & fleece in November & they arrived early January. All ok. Ordered another fleece on 5/1/21 & am still waiting for order to arrive. No reply to my messages & emails bounce back. I’m fuming!

Horrendous customer service. I ordered 3 x heated jackets in Nov 2020 and finally arrived after christmas...their sizes are incorrect as none of them fit and none of the jackets heat up. I have tried on numerous occasions to contact them, emails bounce back and the website no reply. TERRIBLE COMPANY. I wish I had read the reviews before I bought the Jackets. A very smart looking and deceiving website!

Boots ordered and monies immediately taken 9/1/21. Order was acknowledged by email. By early February tried to send a number of emails to the address given, all returned as unable to deliver. Left countless messages on their website, never a reply. What do you do. This company must be making a fortune from goods never sent.

I ordered my boots on 2nd January and I still have not received them .My emails won’t send and have no way of getting in contact with them.Do not order from Walkcloud they are scammers

How can you return boots if the company won’t return your email. So angry right now. The boots are great but just the wrong size. They take your money then don’t respond to the only way they give you. Do not buy from this company.

I wish I had seen this before paying on 1st January. Money taken for trainers and sweatshirt but no goods, no response to messages and their contact is invalid.

Has anyone received their orders from Walkcloud? Ordered on the 5th November via Instagram advert No order received and no communication from them at all. Is this a scam????Pity I didn't notice that that they don't do PayPal cause at least my money would have been safe.

I would like to give this company a big fat ZERO. I ordered boots from them in early December and they did finally arrive on 6th January. They are too small for me and have been asking them how I can return them, with no success. The email on their notification of my order bounces straight back. I have managed to send three emails via their shop but have had no response. DO NOT USE THEM.

I like everyone else, I’ve had my emails bounce back. Ordered on 27/12 and advised boots shipped on 08/0, still not arrived. It’s time to get in touch with my bank and Instagram!!

Would give zero stars if I could. Ordered back in December - received no confirmation email though they have taken my money. No shoes have arrived and none of the four emails I have sent received any response. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Regardless if the shoes ever turn up, I will not be using this company again and will be reporting them to trading standards in the hope their website will be shut down.

I have been trying to return the products since receiving them without sucess. I can get no response. I am now left with goods I do not want having emailed the company numerous times. Dont use.

I received boots several weeks after ordering them and they are too small. It seems impossible to contact the company to arrange a return. There were no documents in the parcel. An email to the address given bounces back and there is no phone no or address.If they have gone bust why doesn't it say so on the website? Do not use them .

I ordered two pairs of boots a month ago and after reading that some people had received their goods this week I was hopeful I would to. However the email enquiry I sent this morning has bounced back to think it’s time to contact my bank as I too feel scammed.

Goods were delayed arriving and I couldn't contact the company to see what the hold up was and when I could be expecting them. Now that they have arrived, I'm happy with the quality, but I need to return one pair as they are too small - still not able to contact company to arrange a return - which website says I need to do to be "talked through the return process". I do not recommend using them.

I ordered and received boots which I happy with but I need a bigger size and can’t contact the company to return. Won’t be using or recommending them again

Ordered my boots 23/11/20; finally received them 28/12/20. Really like them; lightweight, comfortable, warm ... BUT!!! (and they are BIG buts!!) ... Customer service = NON-EXISTENT; 'contact' link on website doesn't work and emails bounce back, so no way to contact Walkcloud, therefore 30-day guarantee useless!!
Much as I like the boots, they are NOT waterproof (although the adverts claim they are!), so are not much use in winter!! ... It's a shame I'm disappointed because they have the makings of a great product and I would have ordered several more pairs ...

I received my order of 24/11/2020 yesterday 04/01/2021. I understand corona makes deliveries much slower. I was disappointed with my order though. I ordered a plush filled shirt medium. It was so ridiculously small that not even a 6 year old would have fitted into it. there should be a guideline about the sizes. The boots without laces are comfortable, but they do not close well. The velcro is not strong enough and the boots get loose all the time. Will not order again

Update on previous review. Finally received boots today (4 Jan). Very happy with the boots, they fit well and have really good grip. What lets this company down is their total lack of communication with their customers. If they had responded to any of my previous emails I would have given a much higher rating.

Just as I wrote the negative review my boots arrived 3 days later. Order placed 29th Nov and boots arrived 4th Jan..
Not sure it was as a result of the review but I doubt it.
Like others the lack of communication/customer service leads you believe you have been scammed.
They need to get their act together on this front.
Boots look as advertised but havent had a chance to wear them yet.
