Having dinged my laptop resulting in a very unhappy hard disk phoned Graham at 9am, got message back at 11am, dropped off computer 1.30pm, picked it up at 7pm. I know that replacing a hard disk and reinstalling Windows will not have taxed Graham's skills but the fact that a) he had a suitable SSD in stock and b) turned this round inside a day is very impressive. A pleasure to pay only £90 for parts and labour; I don't think anyone else would have done it cheaper. Laptop also physically cleaned as part of the service (sorry Graham I know it had got pretty minging over the years) and now looks new and shiny - not essential but gives that wonderful feeling you get when you get a free valet service on your car and for once it doesn't look awful. Top job.

I have 2 servers with them.... You have to set up and take care of your stuff... if you Know how to do that I can Recommend Them! If you do not know what linux is..... this may not be the place for you :)

Excellent service. Graham repaired a corrupted audio file for me that has subsequently been used to great effect in court proceedings. His service was rapid, amicable, discreet and extremely good value. I would not hesitate to use Walker IT Support again.

I've used Graham more than 3 times for different computers and different problems and every time he has sorted the problem out. Can't complain would highly recommend

I have used Walker IT for the last five years for all my PC requirements.
Last year (2017) Mr. Graham Walker upgraded my processor and hard drive. This, of course, required safe backup to all my files. Absolutely nothing was lost.
Just last week, he upgraded me from Windows Vista to Windows 10 and also brought my old Microsoft Office up to date. Again, no data lost.

Graham approaches his work with thorough care and diligence and is fantastic value for money. I thoroughly recommend him.

Responded on a Sunday after PSU blew on PC and also fixed missing file and remote server issue. First class service and exceeded my expectations.
