Atrocious Service Terrible company ethics
The products were fine but ultimately didn’t work for me. Customer service though? Atrocious. Had to say I wanted to return over multiple emails they kept telling me with the 90 day guarantee I could just keep them longer - I didn’t want to. When they finally sent me their return portal it conveniently didn’t accept my order so I had to email again. They sent me a link where the request was already processed so I just printed a label. After shipping back I waited 2 weeks to follow up/ when no refund was issued I had to reach out again. It took multiple days for them to process the refund but they had lied in multiple emails saying it was already sent. They also withheld $14 for return shipping and claim I authorized it on the return portal which I did not as I never was able to submit a request on the return portal. Terrible experience with a terrible company.
