Ordered and paid for some samples on 24th March, They have not arrived so I chased and received zero response. Not impressed with their service so guess their products are no good either.

You service was fine and your staff…
You service was fine and your staff very helpful. A more detailed set of fixing instructions would have been helpful as the tolerances at junctions are critical. Panels have to be precisely scribed which is difficult in a three sided shower unit handling a full size sheet. I am hopeful that we will achieve a satisfactory result.

Products seem fine although not actually installed yet. Service from wall and ceilings panels staff was excellent. Delivery was not within tome slot given as driver said following post code in satnav had delayed him. He then gave me wrong package and when i pointed out it wasn't mine it took a couple of minutes to locate correct box. All in all happy but courier reason for only 4 stars
